Embassy’s work includes submission of more evidence, seeking/providing clarifications by both sides, translation of legal documents and more importantly, convincing the agencies, courts and others of the foreign state regarding the need to extradite the fugitive criminal.If the court of the foreign state is determines that there is prima facie evidence against the fugitive criminal and there are sufficient grounds for extradition, it passes an order accordingly.
