I would like to share one of the incident that happened around September last year. So, the MP State Government launched an scheme for Social Security, that included allotting SSS Numbers to all residents. These numbers were made compulsory for college and school students to register for exams. The record from, probably, population survey, was made online but names of many families were missing in it. Such residents had to get their names updated at Zonal Offices/Municipal Offices . My family name was also not there, so I was supposed to do required formalities and complete the procedure. Following are the events that happened throughout 2 months(Yes! approximately it took me 2 months to get a number issued, in spite of having all documents):1. I visited the website, check my name is not their. Such for portal of the Samagra Scheme, download notices and Helpline Numbers and learned that I need to go to Zonal Office, submit ID & DOB proof and a form.2.I went to Zonal Office, asked for concerned person and get redirected to a person. This person was young bodybuilder, who was playing Teen Patti on Facebook, on the desktop he should fill up forms. I asked him for forms and procedures, but he asked me to come after a week because there was some Technical Problem on website. After a week, this same guy says problem has not been rectified and we can not help, contact main office.3. I asked some fellow students who told me that even the MC is stating the reason.4. Meanwhile, some students got their IDs . I asked them how? They told me a cyber cafe charges Rs.60 per person and gives the IDs. Some other guys told me, agents at MC office are also doing it for Rs.50-60 per person.5. I was shocked. This is government scheme, it is FREE. This was when I realized what corruption is! How common people are be fooled, why are this government officers called so retard.6. I contacted the project helpline number and told them. They gave me the incharge's number and informed me that there is no technical problem and you can register. I also registered a complaint at CM Helpline.7.Now the Climax ! I went to the Zonal Office, asked that young retard, he had the same answer. I called the incharge and explained him the scene, he asked me to put phone on loudspeaker and ask that guy to talk. And the incharge told him to login, then asked me to check all options on his screen. He asked for 'add new family' option which was not there! Then for the next 5 minutes, he screwed that TeenPatti guy badly, he literally shouted and asked him what was he doing for all this days. Then he said sorry to me and asked me to go to main office, and talk to Indore Project Incharge. He confirmed that MC was supposed to allot user id/passwords to zonal offices, but they have not allotted it.8.I went to main office. Just to confirm, I asked an agent(frankly speaking, a Chor) for SSS ID. And the answer literally felt like a slap on my face. He simply asked me to write Names, DOB and address on a piece of paper, pay Rs.200 for 3 person! That's it !9.Then, I went to concerned person's office. He was not in office, the peon said he will come shortly and asked the purpose. After I told him, he asked me to fill the form and pointed me to meet the same agent who asked me for Rs.200 .10.And I understood the complete cycle finally. I asked some others officers where are Samagra IDs made, they asked me to go to a Computer Center. Again a surprise, in Computer Center, operators had bunch of Samagra forms with him, and were feeding their data in the computer. I asked one of them that I have to apply for ID, and he got angry with my question. Asked me with whose permission did I get in. And said that they are not making IDs because of software problem. I was asked to get out by some government employee's. I was alone and I was literally scared. I came out, but , then I thought of the whole Corruption going in there. The office was not issuing IDs because then, the only way left with people were Agents(CHOR's! )11.I gathered all my confidence, my voice(which was just suppressed) and called the project in-charge. He did not pickup! I went back in and told that guy, "bhaiya, mujhe jaldi ID chahye aur maine pata kar liya hai, ID ban rahi hai, but aap bana nahi rahe." And this sentence furiated him highly, he replied, ' ban rahi hai toh jao bana lo' . This time I did replied more loudly,I told him I had registered a complaint on CM Helpline against him. I took out my phone and called project incharge, luckily he picked it up, and asked him to talk to project in-charge, his face faded as I handed him the phone. He went in a corner and had some 5-10 minute conversation. He comes back dumb and asked me to come in. Asked me for some family info and said your work is done, you will get a confirmation SMS soon. This was my moment. I won my first fight with Corruption, now I think I should have said something sarcastic to him thereafter, but, at that moment, his face was my victory sign! :)

Oh man. StreetStyleStore, SSS. The horror I experienced with this store gave me a lesson for life.They are pretty good scammers. They put such attractive pictures of shoes on their website and give offers like buy 3 at 999 etc, and the descriptions of their products are written so enticingly that any online shopper can easily fall prey to it. The offer only stands if you make online payment. I was so naive that I actually paid online and waited like an innocent fool for my order to arrive till 2 months.When it was 10 days past the delivery date, I tried to search for a customer care number, but there wasn't any. There was only one email id mentioned. I wrote to them, several times. They would create automatic complaint tickets but no one would act on them. I googled about this store and found that they run these offers every year and there are several harassed customers who were facing the same trouble as me.I went till pages 4, 5 of complaint forums and found one post where a guy from delhi had managed to get hold of their landline number. I called the number and a guy from SSS greeted me. He took my complaint and said he would give me a callback. But it never happened.I started calling them multiple times in the coming days. It was already 20 days past the promised delivery date and these people didn't at all seem bothered about fulfilling the order.At one point he was negotiating with me that 2 out of 3 shoes are ready, if you want I will send a part of your order. I argued, I demanded my money back, but he kept giving excuses like my workers aren't here, there is too much demand, I am out of material etc.Long story short, aftet several followups I was finally able to get the shoes delivered, but the products I received were the most laughable part of the entire fiasco. They were Ill-made, low quality, badly designed and wrong size shoes, which one could get at probably 100rs in local Delhi markets.It was then I realized the severity of the scam these people are running. Basically they took 1000rs from me, delivered goods worth 200–300rs (that too after so many follow ups and mental harassment) and conveniently pocketed the remaining money.Those shoes were worthless. But I didn't have the energy to fight with them anymore, so I decided never ever to shop with them again.Good luck with your order. Consider your money wasted.
