He said, “I’d like to just ask the Chinese for a formal apology. In December 2018, the US ordered certain Chinese media organizations in the US to register as “foreign agents”; In February 20, this year, the US State Department listed five Chinese media agencies as “foreign missions” and asked them to comply with relevant rules and imposed a cap on the number of their employees.Then, China took the countermeasures on March 17. Have such groundless and irresponsible reports been seen from Chinese media agencies? China will put no restrictions on any objective, true, and fair news reports. I do not know whether is a business tactic or call it a scam .There is a booming business around Aadhaar cards in India. Even though Aadhaar enrollment is free of cost there are a large number of private agencies who promise an Aadhaar "smart card" for a fee of Rs 50 to Rs 200. But the fact is that there is no Aadhaar smart card.From My experience - a few days back I went to an Aadhaar Kendra in my city to change my mobile number for my http://Aadhaar.My got the address from the official site of UIDAI as permanent Aadhar centre. so they have authority to take your fingerprint and modify any detail in your Aadhar card.The operator there took my fingerprint and photo and put the request in their computer system. Do you know how much they charge me to update my mobile number?Rs.100Note: If you lost the number registered with your Aadhar card then you can not update any details online.I have tried to send my update information by POST to UIDAI head offices. But for some reason, they did not update my mobile number. so my last destination was the Aadhaar Card Centers in my city.I know they are doing business but at the same time, they are looting unaware people, charging hefty service fees. Rs.100 or Rs. 200 or more.The Aadhaar card or the downloaded Aadhaar card printed on ordinary paper is perfectly valid for all uses. If a person has a paper Aadhaar card, there is absolutely no need to get his/her Aadhaar card laminated or obtain a plastic Aadhaar card or so-called SMART Aadhaar card by paying money. There is no concept such as smart Aadhaar card.I had my original Aadhar card, but the lady in that office ask me to get a** SMART AADHAAR CARD immediately because all paper Aadhars would be withdrawn - yes they call it smart card. .The plastic card neither has a chip nor at least a barcode/QR code but they advertise it as the smart card. She show me a bundle of these smart card of peoples who applied for their SMART CARD before.**Unaware of the fact that there is no such smart Aadhaar card, I ended up giving her Rs.150 for a plastic card.This business/scam is running fine now because of the most important reason that you can not re-issue Aadhar card once you lost the original paper Aadhar card. you have to download E-Aadhaar card only but no Physical Adhaar card would be sent to your Home Address.I read few Articles and News -The Aadhaar card or the downloaded Aadhaar card is valid for all purposes Resources and Information. case one still wants to get his Aadhaar card laminated or printed on the plastic card, it can be done “only at authorised Common Service Centres or Aadhaar Permanent Enrolment Centres by paying no more than the prescribed rate, which is not more than Rs. 30.But even these authorised Centres are charging Rs.50 or Rs.300 or any amount.If a person has a paper Aadhaar card, there is absolutely no need to get his/her Aadhaar card laminated or obtain a plastic Aadhaar card or so-called SMART Aadhaar card by paying money. There is no concept such as smart Aadhaar card,You can complain this to District Magistrate or Police Station.
