My father was an American citizen. When I was 19 I tried to get a visa to go see him (we hadn't seen each other in 11 years). I was just a kid going to college who wanted to go and see his father for three weeks during summer break.I was denied entry without any explanation, despite his affidavit of support and his good financial situation. Nothing more than a piece of paper literally tossed at me through a window. It was a humiliating experience and it felt very wrong, I felt like maybe I did something I shouldn't have.I will not mention the endless queues, the complicated procedure to get to the interview or the fees that you will forfeit if they reject you. The entire concept of innocent until proven guilty which is a corner stone of the US legal system just doesn’t apply to foreign nationals it seems.Later I was amazed that terrorists have absolutely no problem getting into the US or taking flying lessons there. That left me remarkably impressed… in the most negative way.

You can also get to know his/her details of movable, immovable assets, education qualification, Income tax returns, contact details etc.You can visit Election Commission of India to view affidavit of all the candidates of all the states and union territory for Loksabha, Rajyasabha, Vidhansabha elections.Please properly analyse the facts and figures from the affidavit before casting your valuable vote.Be a smart voter.Thank you.
