Why is my landlord constantly putting a three-day eviction notice on the door and the rent has been paid? She's done this twice back to back, and the biggest thing she never puts down when I have paid or not on books.As long as you have your rent receipts, you’re fine. I inherited a tenant when I bought a house. The tenant, a big overweight rough-looking guy, told me that he is a member of a motorcycle gang. Then the tenant yelled at me through the phone that I was a $#%* liar.The kids kept doing bad things like turning off and on the main breaker for four apartments.As soon as they jerked me around about the rent, I gave them a three-day notice. On day five, they said they had the money but I refused to take it and went to court and won an eviction.
