I bought highly hyped Micromax YUREKA YU from amazon flash sale in march 2015.It worked fine for around 7-8 months, then started troubling.things like getting heated up when playing games, earpiece heating up on call. proximity sensor issue and so on.. So i decided to take step and called micromax support. Some times the call would'nt connect, sometimes no body picks up.After being dissapointed i finally wrote to yureka support, And as expected no body replied.Hopelessly i contacted amazon and told them about the problem i've been facing. They told me once again mail the support keeping amazon in cc and if still nobody replies they will see what can be done.I did and after two days finally i got a reply from the support. Then in a series of mails i told them about the issue, and they told me how it could be resolved. Finally they told me to Update the OS to lollypop manually as i wasnt getting any Update notification automatically and even manually checking for update the phone says No update available.Now, the steps they provided for the solution can only be done on a windows system, i told them that i am a linux user so please provide accordingly.They denied saying please flash the phone using windows only. I somehow managed to do but still the problems wernt totally resolved.Frustated i again contacted them and was told to provide a address and they will initiate a replacement.Finally some relief i thought to myself and provided them with an address.To be noted: while selling the phone they promised to give doorstep service which was one of the feature of the phone.After some days waiting i got a reply that the support cannot be provided on the address provided and i ahve to provide another address. I called them up and asked why is it so when the pincode is clearly says that the doorstep service is valid on my pincode offiicialy on their website. The person kept denying and insisted me to provide another address. So, now frustated, agiated, I provided alternate address and they initiated a replacemetn and provided me with the waybill number and a link to track my shipment.After waiting, and mailing them for another 5-6days i didnt got any answer as to where my product is and the dilevery said that they havnt recieved the physical product yet and i have to again talk to micromax support.On caling the support and twlling about what just happened the executive told me that "Sir our sipment process takes 15days after the generation of waybill" Means they already provided me with the details to track my shipment but they ships after 15days. I hung up the phone angrily.Now i tweeted to micromax and amazon agian for the problem. No reply from micromax as expected but Amazon got me saying that i can return the phone to them and they will provide me with the full return.Its been 10months since i have been using the phone and i can get full refund. Isnt it amazing. I was extremely pleased with their service.Things to ponder:1) 14-December2015 was first i mailed micromax for the problem and the issue is still open no reply from them and i dont even know where my product is that they promised will replace (2months)2) Amazon had nothing to do with this and could have easily denied for any support and i would be helpless, angry and what not but instead they jumped in between and helped me outA big thanx to AMAZON for helping me out .

Do manual UPS/FedEx air waybills (manual shipping label on paper) get transcribed to an electronic/printed label placed over it by the carrier after drop off/pickup? Or do they use the manual handwritten label (way bill) the whole way to delivery?

I have received an overnight package that my aunt filled out a manual (paper) waybill, kept then appropriate copies, dropped in the box, and the only label they added was the small routing one which listed which route it was on.it was billed to my account which she had properly filled out on the form.as those paper waybills have a pre-printed tracking number and barcode, there was no reason for FedEx to add a new label.
