It should be the newly developed city in Gujarat called GIFT city i.e. Gujarat International Finance Tec-City.Introduction:This city is a dream project of ex CM of Gujarat and current PM of India Narendra Modi. He got the idea of such a city in India after visiting Hong Kong International Finance Center. Gujarat were/has been doing well in manufacturing and trading, and needed to do something in the service sector to keep a balance in the economy so he launched this megaproject. All the electricity cables are underground.Gas: Gas will be distributed to every house and building via pipes, which is cheaper and safer than cylinders. Piped natural gas is already in distribution in the nearby cities of Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar.Air conditioning: India's first city-level district cooling system is operational at GIFT City.Solid waste management: All waste will be automatically sucked through underground pipes at a high speed of 90 km/h (56 mph), and will be treated through Plasma Gasification.Utility tunnel: GIFT has Underground utility tunnel with dry and wet section.
