I feel so disheartened to see these kinds of job posting.As you can see,they want to hire an experienced developer and pay them a peanut amount of salary.And there are so many jobs similar to this available on the internet.How do you expect someone skilled and experienced to work under this amount of salary? Rather pay them nothing at all!I don't want to insult any profession, but a security guard or delivery boy earns more than that.On what kind of ethical basis do you offer such a low salary for a challenging profession like software development?If you can’t afford to pay your workers you don’t deserve to have a business.Probably they are looking for such applicants.

After a weekend off, I was to start my new job Monday as a security guard at a gold mine.I was down to the last two minutes of my shift when a young lady came in and asked if we were taking applications. He’d been there thirty seconds, tops.“Hurry up and fill my cup, or I’ll be talking to your manager, and you’ll be fired.”I looked at my watch. I had about ten seconds left. I walked over to the register slowly, and clocked out.“That’s okay. I quit. Go f**k yourself.”I laughed all the way home.

Vested interests.When you are a student, you don’t earn. Your accommodation is paid for as are all of your expenses. After all, you are the net beneficiary here.But as soon as you reluctantly graduate and are thrust into the real world where there are 10,000+ graduate applications for the post of a security guard, and you realize that you have zero fucking real-life skills, and then you need to pay tax on your hard-earned income, and then some more when you go out to buy that packet of milk that costs more than what you mess fees for an entire month was, you realize that Communism works only in theory. The red pill finally kicks in and you see the light. The world is not created equal and there is no practical way to achieve pure equality except by probably killing everyone.
