I’m going to quote BS&T here by saying:Money, money, moneyyyyWhich also seems to be the most common reason for these workers giving this information to stalkers.(Technically it’s mani, mani, mani but you’re lying if you didn’t make that mistake at first)Imagine you work at a place. An airport, hotel, anywhere that means you work with someone’s personal information.Maybe money is tight. Maybe your mother’s birthday is coming up, and you want to get her a nice gift. Or maybe you could use a few extra digits in your bank account.Now, someone comes up to you, asking for what’s seems like fairly harmless information.Well, not harmless, but it’s easier to think about it that way, no?At first, you want to refuse. Do the honorable thing. But these people are willing to pay quite a bit of $$$ for just a phone number or a copy of a passport. Money that would definitely help out with the bills.And no one would ever have to know. It would just be a quiet transaction, After that, you both walk away, and no one would be the wiser.So you give them the information.After all, you don’t know these idols. Not personally.Everything’s okay. The Earth will keep spinning, the sun will be shining. No one will be hurt.Right?I don’t blame these people for selling the information. Well, I do, but not to the degree that most people have agreed on.Yes, these people are part of the problem.But no, they are not the root of the problem.The root of the problem is the saesengs. They are the ones who pry and pay for this information. For every person who refuses to give it up, there will always be another in a tough situation who is more then willing to do just that.If it won’t be you, it’ll be someone else.I don’t blame someone for wanting to make some more money.But I do blame someone for stalking and harassing someone.To end this off, I’d like to address all the saesengs out there.~dy. n

Oh this one is easy! My eighteenth birthday! I had had this incredible crush on a fellow I’ll call Jay. He and I had dated on and off, but… nothing really developed. Still I was infatuated (or as infatuated as a Lesbian who doesn’t yet KNOW she’s a Lesbian can be) with him.Anyway, I had been joyously planning my birthday party and I had invited Jay. On MY birthday HE was holed up in his BEDROOM with two giggling floozies! I hung up, seething.(Cue “It’s My Party And I’ll Cry If I Want To”) Except… I was far too PISSED to weep! We had fun instead, all my friends and I. Jay was dead to me!Next morning, I get a call. It’s Jay, being all contrite and stuff. “Aw, Honey, I’m sorry. I made a bad decision and I wanna get back with you, OK?”“What’s the matter, Jay? Did Krystal give you crabs?”“No, Baby, I sent her and Tiffany home. I realized that they were shallow and cheap and it’s you I want. Please give me another chance.”“Welllll…. Do you love me?”“Oh Baby you know I do! Last I heard he was in prison for stalking and harassing *another* woman. he wouldn’t have DARED to do it to Me!

A person goes into an office where he holds a grudge, and starts shooting. It has happened before and it will happen again, but not as a copy cat of the Capital Gazette shooting. It's been happening for decades, and there's nothing unusual about this particular shooting to mimic, except maybe that the shooter wasn't an ex-employee.This shooter had been angry with the paper for years, ever since it published a detailed and truthful account of his stalking and harassing a former high school classmate.
