Dental Treatment Claim: Fill & Download for Free

I was rear ended and dislocated my jaw (TMJ?). I made a claim on the other person’s insurance for the dental treatment and was denied. I sued in small claims court and more or less won, the judge gave me half, must have thought that would shut everyone up. But no! The insurance company was all upset that I got anything - remember these are dentist bills specifically for dislocated jaw, as though I was visiting the dentist for 6 months for fun! OK, we go to the appeals, which is in superior court and we are allowed to bring a lawyer. It happens that my lawyer is also my boyfriend, which outraged the insurance company lawyer, who jumped up and pointing a finger, accused, “that lawyer is her BOYFRIEND!” The judge looked at him, at me, at my boyfriend/lawyer and said, “who can blame him?” She awarded me double the previous award plus costs. I guess that having my boyfriend as my lawyer is not a legal argument with any merit. I considered charging my boyfriend’s usual rates as part of costs, but that would be dishonest, so I didn’t even charge for the dinner I took him out to.

When the average UK wage slave has forked over their $14.5k in taxation, they have already paid the only healthcare bill that the NHS will ever send them, barring a maximum £300-ish for a course of dental treatment, £9 for any prescription (free in Scotland), and the cost of a pair of heavily-subsidised eyeglasses. We know we pay for it in taxes, but Healthcare is free at the point of use.Bankruptcy for healthcare costs is considered an obscenity here. I do not exaggerate: an obscenity.Over in the US, meanwhile, eHealthInsurance reckons that for unsubsidized customers in 2016, premiums for individual coverage averaged $321 per month - another $3852 a year before copayment and deductibles.In short, for the vast majority of people, the UK and European model is more affordable, will never reject claims for financial reasons, and is funded by a tax regime that is, again for the vast majority of people, at worst no more aggressive than that operating in the USA.Come to the dark side: we have heart surgeons.

I just have a few questionsWho will give Anesthesia? Herbal Anesthesiologist or Modern Anesthesiologist.What about Medicines that are prescribed before and after Surgery?Will they be modern medicine or Herbal Products?If Modern Medicine are full of side effects and only provide temporary relief why use them?I read that they will be allowed to perform Root Canal treatment which is performed by Dentists . So now will they also perform all Dental treatments?Is there shortage of Dentists? Are they taught dental procedures too?Will they use modern surgical instruments to perform Surgery by techniques developed 10K years back or use Modern surgical techniques like Laparoscopy?If they use modern surgical techniques then why to claim their techniques superior?If all they wanted was to practice Modern Medicine, why not join MBBS followed by MS and get the degree by valid way?If BAMS study everything then why are MBBS courses running? Since BAMS know everything , why not close MBBS colleges and make everything BAMS ?If Ayurveda works to treat Chronic Diseases , why there is no Research Paper ever published proving it?Why this Man Selling Ayurveda natural products had to take admission in AIIMS and take help of modern equipments if everything had been discovered 10k years back?The very fact and the eagerness of BAMS Graduates to practice Modern Medicine proves that they have no faith in their pathy. Just reading some books during BAMS course does not make them eligible to practice Modern Medicine.People should just stick to what they are trained for. Instead of all this drama Government could simply scrap BAMS and covert those colleges to MBBS.Note: Please Don’t cry Allopathy. I don’t Practice Allopathy. I practice Evidence Based Medicine, which means I prescribe medicines which had shown definitive Evidence that they work. Allopathy is a sham word.
