This is what I look forward to in future :High rate of online / non cash transactions led by reducing cost of transactions, internet access and reforms in statutory lawsLower taxation : I just hope we can move to a low tax regime for a decade or two so that savings and consumption can increase. Also overall tax participation can go up. Once the cost of violation is higher than tax rate, and there are incentives for taxpayers the honest citizens will feel rewarded for being honestAgriculture should be treated as an industry and not as a low ranking job or tax haven.Better credit system for low income groups to fuel growth at ground. Rather than focusing on select few corporates I would like to see a future where a significant chunk of credit is provided to people at lower end of economic value chain currentlyNo discrimination on the basis of caste, religion or gender. Merit should prevailLow cost of education and better health facilities.This is what I want the future of my country to be like ! :)

My birthday. I really wonder how we’re going to celebrate, it’s going to be such a special year for me since I’m turning 16!Going on vacation. I’m not sure if I’m going to visit my cousins in either one of the two states we typically visit, or maybe visit some big city that we haven’t traveled to in a while that has great sights and a fascinating, although slightly different, culture and history, although there are no relatives of ours there.Summer camps! I honestly don’t know what kind of a summer camp we’ll be doing next, it’s probably going to be either a music camp or a drama camp for that matter. But all I am sure of is that we’re going to have fun, learn lots and make lots of new friends.The Olympics. Although recently I heard Russia’s not going to be participating, so that’s pretty disappointing. But oh well.The presidential elections. To be honest, regardless of whatever party you root for, you know the days leading up until Election Day is definitely exciting, with all sorts of news stories and predictions of who could become the President-elect. So it’s definitely going to be cool and suspenseful.Hobbies, extracurricular activities, etc. I’m wondering how well I’m going to advance in terms of some of the other extracurricular activities I do outside of school. For example, I have a piano competition and a flamenco dance recital around springtime of next year, and I’m curious of how they’re both going to turn out. I’m probably going to learn some new skating moves and maybe get better at the guitar (which I’m still horrible at by the way). In addition, I have to take an SAT Italian test, so that’s frustrating, but it’s also for college credit. So, yeah, that kind of stuff.Overall just being a high schooler. Nowadays since I’m using a computer program I’m going to be graded more frequently, so I have to pay extra attention to my studies. I wonder what score I’ll end up with after I finish 10th grade!I guess 2020 will be a great and exciting year. :)
