PDF Editor FAQ

Hypothetically if in Arizona's current recount if they find out that president Trump really won the state, will other states finally decide to do recounts themselves? Obviously it won't change the outcome now.

Creating a hand recount that is less accurate than the counts already produced and not vetted to the same standard of multi-party review is basically the Arizona GOP staying that we are no longer a Democracy but a fascist republic, and our goal is to drain the public coffers of money while convincing our sick, demented, Quisling followers to turn away from patriotism. If they started handing out American flag toilet paper they could not be so obvious.Think of it this way. If they wanted an scholarly recount to show how accurate the base count had been, they could hire the University of Arizona to create a three times neutral value count, putting some professor and students to work in a peer reviewed open manner. Now a first warning on bias. The OP is quoting a fascist news source. When someone in 1955 started quoting Pravda, you knew the fix was in. So the OP is not going to a free and fair journal source, but directly to the jackbooted goose stepping Jew burning center of totalitarian lie generation. Other than the initial concept - that the legislation had ordered a recount, no other data in the article can be trusted. Now the Arizona Senate plans not just an election audit but a full recount? What's next, a revote? The Arizona Senate now plans to ignore state law and do a full hand recount of Maricopa County's 2.1 million ballots. Let the circus begin.https://www.azcentral.com/story/opinion/op-ed/laurieroberts/2021/03/18/arizona-senate-wants-full-election-ballot-recount-next-revote/4758300001/Here is the real article, but even they are mystified because Fann, who has called for the recount, is violating state law to proceed. What Fann apparently is looking too do right now, according to her own office, who were busy on Sunday trying to answer questions on the issue, is hire a friend who will count the votes for president and for races where Democrats won. Based on Pro-Talley and other groups it will cost, starting from scratch and not using the voting volunteer system that makes Democracy work, around 20 million dollars which will be taken, conveniently, from social programs the state has some control over, mostly WIC and ADA compliance. The group that will being doing the count is one Fann personally knows and trusts. So that is it. Fann, in a move that violates state law, will take a sealed dataset and hand it and 20 million dollars of state money, over to a personal friend in a no-bid contract for services generate a number that has no credibility and could not even be used in future lawsuits.

Can I get a list of grocers that accept EBT FS cards online?

With the EBT cards, they don’t particularly post a list of all the grocery stores that take them online, simply because millions of stores in the United States takes them and you can also take your card with you out of state and use it in another one as well (for example, you decided to travel and visit family members). I went to California and used my EBT card from Ohio out there. However going out of state with it is tricky in itself. California, Arizona, and a select few other states allow you to use your EBT cards in fast food joints if you are homeless, but it only works with EBT cards issued from those states and if you meet the criteria. Since mine was from Ohio and my state doesn’t allow it to be used in fast food joints, I wasn’t able to use it in the restaurant. I would have had to have mine issues by the state of California and had to have been homeless to get that privilege. As long as the card has the Quest logo on the back, you can use it in any state. This is the rule of thumb with who takes them and who doesn’t. Large retailers that have more than 1/3 food product in their stores take them such as Target, Wal-Mart. Giant Eagle, Cost-Co, Sam’s Club, etc. With dollar stores and gas stations, its hit and miss. Some dollar stores and gas stations do not meet the 1/3rd food product ratio for them to and you’d have to check on the entrance of the doors to see if there is signage on it that says they accept the EBT card. With WIC on the other hand, all states have a PDF posted online as to which stores take them. They’re able to compile the list easily because the eWIC card can’t be used out of state and because the federal government has tighter controls as to where it can be used and which retailer contracts with them. The other reason why you can’t use WIC in other states but you’re own home state is because there are items that might be available to local markets that are WIC approved but might not be sold in your home state if you do decide to travel and to avoid any confusion they barred using WIC cards in other states. Then again with the advancement of computers, one would think that they’d share databases with one another so it could be easier. Then again, the federal government is slow to catch up on technology. That sucks having to buy formula from one state and taking it with you and praying the TSA won’t confiscate it, lol.

What is the worst town in the USA you had to live in? What things made it so bad?

Needles, CA a very small desert town. It's population was at its highest when I lived there just over 5,000 people. There is a reason this is the only image you ever see of Needles.First the weather is a literal hell in the summer. In winter the normal high temperatures range from 62 °F (17 °C) to 80 °F (27 °C) with lows of 40 °F (4 °C) to 60 °F (16 °C). During summer the normal high temperatures range from 106 °F (41 °C) to 122 °F (50 °C) with lows of 82 °F (28 °C) to 94 °F (34 °C). Annual rainfall is about 5.11 inches (130 mm).Yes you read that right, in the summer it doesn't get colder than 82 °F (28 °C).The buildings are old and falling apart last time I saw it 3-4 years ago. Once upon a time the city had really only three types of residents. The fairly well off Railroad workers. Needles is a change out point for relief crews on the Railroad. The people that provide services for residents including food, groceries, clothing and household stuff, education, police, medical and fire.Welfare recipients. (in the early 1990's)I want to be clear I am not saying this to disparage the city or anyone living there. My mother specifically moved to Needles because she had two children one of them an infant and would get good welfare benefits there. She was able to get Food Stamps, Aid to Families with Dependent Children, WIC, hotel vouchers for free housing until we had a place to stay and eventually section 8 housing. Now you might say why here, she could do that anywhere. The payout for the AFDC and Food stamps was based on California's high cost of living but Needles had a low cost of living similar to its closer Arizona neighbors. This meant that the payout for those services let people live fairly comfortably on welfare. We were not eating sirloin but we were never starving either. We lived far better than we could anywhere else on welfare. we were not alone there were many people living in the exact same conditions. There was a huge community housing project for low income housing directly across the street from the sheriffs department. Due to my mom's section 8 HUD we lived in one of the better apartment complexes. When I lived there we only had 2 stoplights in the town. We had a KFC, McDonalds, Burger King, Thrifty's and Bashas supermarket. There were many bars and no movie theater could stay in business for more than a year. The only activity was to go down and get drunk and play in the river. That's really my only memories that are pleasant. Being a kid and slipping into the cold 46-52 °F water when it was over 100 °F outside to play. Sadly despite being within eyeshot we didn't do this often enough. The Colorado River comes from Snow runoff and is constantly moving and has several deep dams so it never has time to warm up. This means it is cold year round.
