Age Declaration Form Online: Fill & Download for Free

I had applied on 3rd March, 2019 and my EPIC was generated when I eventually checked on 28th March. You can see the dates on which the steps in the procedure were completed.The only paper work I had to do was taking the age declaration form and signing it and uploading it. I didn't have to personally meet anyone. All documents and proofs were submitted online.I'm waiting for the ID to be delivered.Edit: I recently checked my name in the voter's list from the “Chunavana” app from the Government of Karnataka and I happily found my name in the list by searching through myEPIC number.Since we don't need your have Voter ID card to vote compulsory, this time I can cast my first vote.Edit: I successfully voted without the Voter ID , using other IDs. I'll try visiting the Municipal office as suggested.Edit: I collected my voter ID after my long time efforts and multiple visits to City Corporation offices. CEO Karnataka has arranged direct application for enrolment in electoral roll, so I went to my polling booth where, on enquiry with an officer present there, I got my Voter ID Card, which was all ready…. after 1 year and 9 months….. I finally got it! But, for my friend who had applied online along with me, the Voter ID was recently delivered home by a teacher.

Contact him. He would ask for Reference IDThe officer will get your application BLO appointed if all details are correct and within a week your application would be Accepted. Technically, I think some sites will allow you to purchase but I think you’ll find that other sites will make you tick an age declaration box and if you lie you may be caught out by your card. Please remember though how easy it is to spend money online (been there, done that). You may buy all sorts of stupid things now that in five years time, you’ll look back and wonder why you wasted all that money when you could really use it now you have more adult freedoms.
