Paychex. Micromanged to the nth degree, no respect for your abilities, actually disparage and marginalize the people who are trying to fix the bugs in their horrendously buggy product. Their product was so buggy that they had people working overtime every time one of their client's payrolls was run to manually put the right values in the database and run the next step every time something went wrong.
