Contract documents, and specifically the contract specifications often require the contractor or subcontractors to submit materials to be used on a building project. This is to confirm the materials meet contract requirements and the needs of the end-user. A submittal will have a cover sheet, a transmittal sheet, and catalog cuts/information on a product including color, size, material used in manufacture of it, origin of the item, and information regarding power requirements, paint colors, patterns, or other descriptions relevant to the item.Submittals fall into different categories, depending on the specification requirements, some require approval, some are information only, and others are part of a request for proposal or information manuscript. Submittals that require review and approval need to be turned in to the designated authority (contracting officer, architect, engineer, or owner) as early as possible during a project to assure they are approved before the product is purchased.

It happens in many examinations conducted by CBSE like AIPMT etc. Take a look at the following points:Some people may use Gel and Ink pens. Gel and ink pen are usually not recommended for filling OMR sheets. This is because they do not dry fast and this can create blotting on the paper, thus damaging the OMR sheet.Some use Sketch pens to save time.While using the ink or gel pen, the impressions of the ink do not appear for some time. It is only when the person is half way through the paper that he/she notices the spreading or smudging on the other side of the sheet.Surely, it has impressions on the other side.Also. some people tend to use pencils and then first fill the bubbles with the pencil and then with the pen. JEE doesn't allow anyone to use pencil for filling bubbles.By giving their own pens, they take everyone on the same level in terms of pen, paper everything. Its like, just come with your mind and we will take care of all the other things (You do need an Admit Card though)Scanning Pens : There has been an incident of use of Scanner pens which can scan the answers on the sheet. CBSE, to be on the safe side, may have done this. Given the advanced technology, pen becomes the preferred location for hiding a transmitter.Pen can easily be used for cheating through a paper chit.And Yeah, the Cap..Well, I am not in a favour of this step. I always did my rough work with pencil and used to rub it. I loved my Cello Butterflow and used to use it only for filling bubbles. Well, You don't have a choice now. A straight or coiled wire passes direct current easily, but a coiled wire passes alternating current less easily than if it were straight. The ratio between the number of wraps in each coil determines the change. Note, there is no metal to metal connection. The coils are electrically connected by an invisible field effect.A pencil ‘lead’ (graphite), either as a solid rod or just a heavy mark on paper, can be used as a resistor. Add a moveable paper clip in the middle of heavily marked paper strip, between fixed clips at each end, and you have created a potentiometer - a volume control.A good capacitor can be made by rolling 2 pieces of aluminum foil (or aluminum coated Mylar snack bag) into a cylinder, with a piece of non-conducting plastic film between them. Let a bit of foil hang out on each end, to attach to clips. Again, there is no contact between the foil pieces. If you have no battery for the transmitter, you can use a capacitor as power storage device (careful, they bite). You can charge it (or a dead phone battery) using almost any collection of LED’s, especially red ones. Wire as many as you have in series/parallel, but observe correct polarity, and expose them to bright sunlight. They will function as an inefficient solar cell.
