Hotel Job Application: Fill & Download for Free

I got a call to a daycare they had been looking for a new employee. They had 1 guy that creeped everyone out and he came by every day for a week and loudly Insisted they hire him and allow him to drive the kids around. They asked him repeatedly to stop, he refused. So they called. They gave me the application so I have his contact info, as I'm making notes I see he has listed his previous jobs as cops, FBI agent etc. I run him, he's got a history from another state. So I pass it on to my sgt, tell him im going to hook him fir impersonating.Sgt tells me no, just talk to him and trespass him from the daycare. Writing it on the application is a grey area yada yada… I liked that sgt, probably one of the few times I disagreed with him. I tell him this guy needs to be in our system, he tells me no and I'm stuck.Anyway, I track the the guy down, he's staying in a hotel, and have a little chat with him. As we're taking I verify the contact and personal info on it and ask him if it's all correct.He says, “oh yeah, I forgot. Im an FBI agent" Oh happy day! “Turn around" while writing it on a job application may be in the gray, id’ing yourself to me is completely black and white. And off too jail we go! Sgt wasn't pleased.A week later the hotel calls, he's still in jail all his stuff is still in the room. They went in, they called the police. We sent a detective, detective asked for a crime scene tech, I get sent, ir was 1 of my special duties. I pull up and boy that room address sounds familiar. I have to collect a lot of things and a computer, the guy ended up with a couple decades in the state prison and he never got close to the kids.

Yep, we had people come through Office not able to write a solution to the very first warm-up questions. First-year, intro to programming type questions. Like, make a lottery number generator. Something likefor(int i=0;i<6;i++)cout<<49*rand();… which has errors, but is okay for a start. Then we’d point out that they were going to get duplicate numbers, and they’d just argue No I Won’t. We explained the birthday paradox, still arguing. Feeder suggestions like storing the numbers in variables so that they could check. Nope, still just arguing.Imagine working with this stupid asshole. This was the limit of his technical ability. He’d clearly cheated (by having a competent programmer next to them) on the remote questions, pre-flight+hotel.This is why we have warm-up questions and irascible interviewers. This is why we make you code in front of us. So that civilization doesn’t collapse.

Well, your ethnicity should never matter when applying for a job so I don’t think you need to disclose your ethnicity in your job application, ever. Besides, usually job application requires you to include your photo anyway.Exception is when ethnicity is important in your job, as in if you’re applying to be an actor/actress, a frontliner (customer service, waiter/waitress, receptionist, front desk/concierge, etc) for companies that cater mainly to an ethnic (e.g. Chinese restaurant, Japanese hotel).
