I don’t know where you live so I’m going to answer it from an American POV.Write a letter telling her she has a week (name the day, date and time) to retrieve her vehicle.If she doesn’t, you’ll report it to the police as abandoned property. Give her a phone number to reach you (even if she has it.)Be sure to include the date you received the car. State your agreement was to provide her a space to park it for 3 weeks. State you’ve tried to reach her many times with no reply.Take pictures of the car showing its state & what’s inside. Put the day’s newspaper in the photos to prove the date you took them. Pay to have them printed.Send the original letter as certified mail with return receipt to her last known address. (Ask the post office for form PS 3811.)Make 2 copies of the letter. Send 1 copy to her at the same address. Keep the other. When you receive the return receipt postcard, keep it with your copy of the letter and the pictures.If the deadline passes and you haven’t received a call and the car is still on your property, wait until the next day. Then call the police non-emergency line and inform them of an abandoned vehicle on your property.Make sure you get a receipt and/or a copy of the police report when they arrive and take the car. (Take some pics, too.)If the police tell you to contact someone else or give you other directions, follow them. Keep copies of everything you sign.You will have proof you acted responsibly:You notified her you wanted her vehicle off your property.You will have proof you attempted to contact her; whether or not she signed for the letter. (If the letter is returned to you, don’t open it. Keep it with the other documents.)You gave her a reasonable amount of time to retrieve the car and told her how to reach you.You documented the state of the car.You will have documented to whom you reported the car and have a receipt or police report of their assuming responsibility for the vehicle.If she tries to sue you, you will have enough proof to defend yourself.

Send ‘him’ to send a True bill and send ‘him’ a W-9 Request for Tax ID #… Through the U.S. Mail. May i suggest using First Class U.S. Certified Mail.Throw a short cover letter (plenty of examples on internet) together requesting a True bill and a W-9 Request put CERTIFIED MAIL # on the cover letter and on the very bottom of W-9 make copies of each for yourself ‘FIRST', and place in sealed envelope with ‘his' business address..(whatever the return address is on the collection notice) take to the post office…Go to the post office first to get a US CM blank ticket and a PS 3811 RETURN RECEIPT (green) POST CARD FIRST…. so that you have the CM # to copy on to Your correspondence to ‘him/her/THEM'… Look THEM up in whatever State THEY set-up shop… State Secretary of States Dept/Office. See if THEY have a State business license in Your own State to solicit business… You have to be Your' own best advocate for ‘YOU'. Answer any of THEIR correspondence ‘IMMEDIATELY'!!! Do not let ‘it' lay around until you get to it… Address the issue as soon as any of it is ‘delivered'(😉) i.e. ‘IMMEDIATELY’!!! [within three (3) days] If True bill and W-9 does not come back completed… Send whatever it is back immediately.‘THEY’ are most likely ‘BAR’ Attorneys operating a debt collection company….Good luck… stay on ‘THEM'… don't let them up for air!

fill out the PS form 3800 and 3811 and attach to letter to be certified. Retain the customer receipt from the PS form 3800 for your records until you receive the signed return receipt PS form 3811.
