Our body is a complex system which needs to be fed the right way.I am deviating from the question:For guys, belly fat is the last place to remove fat from and first place to store fat.so there is nothing called spot reduction or thinking if I work on core strength and abdomen or abs I will start to get a six or eight pack.Partially true though: When you work on core, your muscles in abdomen develop but for them to pop out the fat percentage has to fall below 15 percentage.So I reduced weight ( not just fat but fat + muscle) by having weight training in empty stomach in morning and cardio on alternate days in the evening.I start to like distance running, and at one point I was running 13 km without a break.A snap from Nike Run app for a long distance run of 13 km which burnt about 1000 calories and this way I started losing about 1 pound per week but it was fat plus muscle.Like I said nutrition played the crucial role for weight loss: I started reducing the additional calories I used to take everyday as snacks, pastry, ice cream leaving me with only 3 meals per day.Then I started to regulate the calories I take in the 3 meals everyday. Then I started replacing Fats with Protein as protein takes more time to digest so that you don’t feel hungry as well as builds up muscle.So that was how I reduced my weight.
