None of the football players are protesting the American flag. That’s complete and utter nonsense. The football players are kneeling during the National Anthem in protest of systemic violence against Black people. The flag has nothing to do with it.It is worth noting that this was a minor controversy until President Donald J. Trump made it a national issue. That same Donald J. Trump who, by the way, never served a day in the military.The military exists to provide freedom for the civilians. The football players kneeling during the anthem in protest are exercising that freedom.Not all of the players choose to kneel during the anthem. How many of them served in the military? Very few, because only a handful of NFL players have served in the military, regardless of how they react to the national anthem.So the answer to the question is 4. Or maybe 7. Or I would have to have a list of all those hundreds who knelt before I could get the information. Or the question is so flawed, it cannot be reasonably answered.

I still cannot understand why he was forced out by Pep Guardiola at Barca, but looking at the success that he brought to Manchester City, it was worthwhile, and so is his spot on this list. One of the most versatile midfielders in the world, and his ball control is world class. A human train.5: Sergio RamosMy idol when I am looking for a defender to model my game off. He has brilliant distribution, crossing, technical ability, and pace. He is truly one of the best defenders of his generation, along with his leadership abilities. A very versatile player, and in my opinion, Sergio Ramos is Paulo Maldini’s successor as the greatest defender of their generations.4: Lionel MessiMindblowing.
