Journey of Frustrated, Jobless, Failure Engineer (1.25 LPA to 1.25 LPM in 4 Years)Before you start reading my complete story and you are expecting good fluent English then please leave as soon as possible.I used to be an average student in my college or backbencher from Bihar, I was attending the engineering class only for attendance nothing else. Finally Cleared 1st semester & 2nd Semester exam easily but unfortunately got continues back in the 3rd and 4th semester, it was the first deadly attack of engineering on me so to save myself from this devil/engineering I decided to take engineering very seriously from the 5th semester, finally completed my Electronics & Communication Engineering in 2016 from Rajasthan Technical University with all clear with 65% Score but after attending multiple campus interview I didn't get any job even rejected from the company who was offering 5000 per months.Most of my friends & my relatives were placed from Campus in reputed organization, I was happy for them but another side it was pressure upon me to get a job as soon as possible to maintain the prestige of my parents.I came to Delhi to my elder brother and again started my interview journey, my first interview was in Noida Sector 2 for BPO but rejected again applied for the next BPO opportunity after appeared in one call center interview in Noida sector 11 for Videocon but that was Hindi voice process my brother suggested not to join and find some better option finally after 100 Interview joined a UK Shift Call center they promised to give 8K per months and one time meal, I joined that and worked for 20 days only because it was like hell for me nothing to learn (it was like some scam they were doing in the UK from India I had to find the UK resident people who had injured in some accident so they can claim for their insurance), as salary, I got a one-time meal with and abusive language from UK People for 20 days.Now decided to find IT Jobs but after multiple interviews, I was getting only a single response from every organization “Thanks for attending the interview, I will let you know, you can leave for the day” I was with full frustration, some of my friends suggested to search job in Bangalore so I arranged some money from my brother I went to Bangalore 'MRA Men’s Hostel' (4 people in the single room having upper and lower birth like bed) near Silk Board and again started my interview journey but still, I was unemployed even went for 24X7 in Bangalore but got rejected because I was having 60% overall in my academic first time even my average percentage was an obstacle for my success.now I was not having too much money to stay in Bangalore and it was very hectic for me to ask for money from my parents and brother after Engineering, so decided to go back to Delhi NCR again, some of my friends suggested to wait in Bangalore, some of them suggested to go to Hyderabad only because of programming classes was available at very minimum fee but I had decided to go back to Delhi only.While I was at railway station one North India IT Sector employee was there who said “Bangalore par viswas rakho bhai ye kisi ko khali haat nahi jane deta hai'” he said to motivate me but that was demotivated word for me because I was thinking, I am the only person who couldn’t get any job even from Bangalore? (‘,’)?Finally, return back to Delhi, My brother suggested to Join some Software training Classes so I decided to join QSpider Noida, I went there and also I was looking for a job as well outside. finally, on 22nd Dec 2016, I got a call from one small-cap organization for an interview, one of my brother’s friend referred me there, went for the interview but I was not expecting any +ve feedback from them due to a lot of rejection, my brother was in my hometown ‘Patna’, I was staying alone, I went Gurgaon completed my interview and then I came back to my flat in Mayur vihar phase 3 and I was totally frustrated and disappointed I just entered inside and started crying from inside and talking to god with multiple complains and I was so tired and sad so I slept that time on the floor, suddenly I waked up at 6:00 PM around checked my mobile there was one mail from that Small Cap Organisation that was my first job offer. I was so happy and that offer letter was bigger than GOOGLE or Microsoft for me that day.I started my Job at CTC 1.12 LPA, I had to travel from Mayur Vihar Phase 3 to Gurgaon Infocity Sector-34, It was QA Job and most of the time I had to test the camera only it was not Software testing, I was also attending my testing course during job on the weekend.Then after 2 months got a call from that Institute “QSpider” for some opportunity in MNC that was Mid Cap Company Noida.I took leave for 1 day and attended the interview in Noida Sector 63 I surprised I cleared all rounds of interviews there. Finally, I was happy and resigned from that organization and joined Mid Cap Company Noida at CTC 2.4 LPA in March 2017. I was happy but not as much as the first job offer.Finally, after 2 Years of experience, I got 2 job offer first from a small-cap Gurgaon based organization and second from Large Cap MNC XYZ and joined Large Cap MNC XYZ in March 2019 with CTC 7 LPA, I had never expected after engineering that Sonner or later I can get a job in Large Cap MNC XYZ. Even I was surprised how I had cleared that interview? It went well from my side but I couldn’t believe how this top MNC are ready to job offer to me.Started working in Large Cap MNC XYZ and then after 1 Year of experience got offer CTC 11 LPA from Cognizant & Wipro before COVID Pandemic but unfortunately due to uncertainty in the market due to COVID, Wipro had extended my joining and I was scared and revoked my resignation from Large Cap MNC XYZ also declined my Cognizant offer as well and started working in Large Cap MNC XYZ once again but with the new team that was awesome team, everyone even my manager, my Team lead my colleagues everyone was the awesome first time I got that team I did my best because of my team was very helping.I got an offer from Accenture but declined that because I didn’t want to leave that team or you can say I was in my comfort zone. Finally, after completion of that project, I mapped to new project and again I got an offer from cognizant so I decided to initiate the separation process from Large Cap MNC XYZ.Finally, within 3 months of the notice period, I got offers from multiple organization including 2 Big 4 and 3 MNC with the highest CTC 16 LPA and also Onsite Opportunity from that Large Cap MNC XYZ but I had already decided to exit from Large Cap MNC XYZ and the onsite opportunity was a carrot to withdraw the resignation, it was a very difficult situation for me because somehow I was attached with that organization because of it was my dream company to work some time back.But due to some financial issue, I had moved from there with CTC 16 LPA hike in my new organization.I am not a hero nor a very successful person but whatever I am today I had never expected during my struggling time but I was grabbing every small goal and opportunity every time. My brother & his friend referred me in his organization and that first organization who had given me chance when the complete marker was rejecting me and my friends or senior, all of them helped me to grow, I left that organization but that will be more than Google for me. I would like to thanks all of them and want to suggest my new fresher don’t think you can’t get the job just focus and be in the race Sonner or later you will be the winner.Thanks for reading & sorry for the long story 🙂
