Generally this shouldn’t be an issue. The DS7002 is supposed to be entered into SEVIS before generating form DS2019, so if a consular officer wanted to be or she could just pull it up. If you’re still concerned I would recommend contacting your sponsor and asking them to email the missing page to you. They’re required to keep a fully executed copy on file.
