INSAS was a concept popular in the Late 80s when Small Calibre Weapons were being pushed by the designers as the ‘Small Arms Weapons to Incapacitate’ as against ‘Small Arms Weapons to Kill’ by reducing the Calibre from 7.62 and 9 mm to 5.45 to 4.85 mm. The idea was to force enemy to deploy more men to tend to the injured and carry him back to safety thereby reducing the frontline troops in the immediate Battle space. The reduction in the Calibre had advantages in Easy maintenance due to less gas deposits, Low Recoil, Low All up Weight due to Smaller Bullet, Lighter Weapon, Ability to carry Larger and more magazines as reserve. It also allowed the Soldier to be less fatigued by weight and recoil.While India participated in IPKF the demand for lighter weapon became louder. Hence it was developed by OFB in 1990. During the 1999 Kargil War, the rifles were used in the high altitudes of the Himalayas. There were complaints of jamming, the magazine cracking due to the cold and the rifle going into automatic mode when it was set for three-round bursts. [1] There was also a problem of oil being sprayed into the eye of the operator. Some injuries during firing practice were also reported.[13] In 2001, the 1B1 variant was introduced to solve problems regarding the rifle's reliability back in the Kargil War, but it opened up other problems such as broken magazines.[14] [12]Similar complaints were also received from the Nepalese Army.[1] In August 2005, after 43 soldiers were killed in a clash with Maoists, a Nepalese Army spokesman called the rifle substandard and their counter-insurgency operation would have been more efficient with better weapons.In November 2014, the CRPF requested to drop the INSAS as their standard rifle due to problems with reliability. They have to watch EVERYTHING in real time: MVs, Bangatan Bombs, RUN episodes, Award shows, interviews, and just about anything that features the boys for even a second. They go out of their way to buy a magazine that features the boys, and those who feature BTS have their profits tripled and quadrupled.BTS really can do anything. Now it's got print magazines flying off the standsWith their recent BTS cover stories, Variety, WSJ. Magazine and Esquire each ended up going back to the presses to print more. Despite their enormous success and positive influence on people and the music industry, they have never been nominated for “Artist of the year” or “video of the year”, and they get nominated for lesser categories which they always end up winning.THE TRUTH IS THAT BTS IS TOO TALENTED, TOO FAMOUS, AND TOO SUCCESSFUL TO BE EXCLUDED FROM MAIN CATEGORIES AND RELEGATED TO SECOND-TIER AWARDS! They did that for advertisement and rating purposes. BTS’ ALBUM “MOTS:7” WAS THE BEST SELLING ALBUM IN THE WORLD BY A LONG SHOT, REACHING NUMBER 1 IN COUNTLESS COUNTRIES, IT HAD AN AGGREGATED RATING OF A WHOPPING 82% FROM CRITICS. IT WAS THE SECOND BEST SELLING ALBUM IN FREAKING USA, ONLY AFTER “FOLKLORE”. It was submitted for many nominations and they only received one lousy nomination for their successful but ultimately meaningless songs that the GRAMMYS love to award.THIS ENORMOUSLY COMMERCIALLY AND CRITICALLY SUCCESSFUL ALBUM RECEIVED ZERO NOMINATIONS! ABSOLUTELY ZERO! Bieber’s less successful (commercially and critically) album received 3 nominations, let’s not hate on him though. What does that tell you? What does it tell you? Think about it!The GRAMMYS used the boys in all of their advertisements, and they hyped them up so much all night. They kept tweeting about their performance to garner more social media engagement because they know that our boys are kings of social media engagements!They strategically placed the pop group award in the pre-show to get ARMY to stream it online, and it worked. The boys were so freaking tired and they apologized to us because most ARMY actually stayed up despite having school in the morning to watch that shit show.You know what angered me the most? The producers and chief of GRAMMYS gave an interview later, boasting about their diversity and including BTS and their performance. They were patting themselves on the back for doing the bare minimum and acting as if they were doing BTS a favour. The freaking truth is that they deserved more nominations and a longer performance!Mark my words: they will be nominated again next year even if they don’t release new music, even if they don’t release new music. “Life Goes On” — an immensely successful song that was number 1 in the USA hot 100, topped world charts on Spotify, Youtube and Billboard Global 200 songs for several weeks — will be eligible for next year nomination, and they will be nominated, and we should be careful and not allow the boys to be used by NOT WATCHING unless they receive more than 4 nominations! Artists of colour who have been snubbed by the GRAMMYS for too long don't need the GRAMMYS, the GRAMMYS need them. Case in point: BTS. The GRAMMYS garnered 4.4 million tweets, but if you strip away the references to BTS, the hastag on its own had only 1.5 million tweets. Who really needs who?Not to mention that BTS’ live stream itself received more views — even more live views — than the GRAMMY because I didn’t watch the show, but I was staying up doing homework, and I watched the last snippet of BTS’ livestream and I saw that the numbers exceeded 8 million live viewership. The boys looked so tired, and they mentioned that they hadn’t slept at all the night before, and it was past noon in Korea. POOR BTS!I hope Mother Monster enjoyed her sleep, though. Good for her for not caring so much. She came out on top!Don’t get duped into supporting these stupid shows. As I have been saying since the nominees were announced, GRAMMYS are “crooked”, corrupt, and irrelevant. They are irrelavent becaue they are behind times when it comes to awarding music genres and people of colour. Hip-hop artist never win the big awards, they are usually reserved for white artists who sing pop, country, or rock. Hip-hop right now is much more popular than all of those categories, just look at what tops the hot 100 every week. Notice how Meghan and Queen Bey topped their genre specific categories but their extremely powerful song lost record of the year to Billie Eilish who had sweeped last year as well. Queen Bey despite being much more critically acclaimed than Taylor Swift in every single aspect of music (she’s a star-vocalist according to critics and anybody who is honest and objective, and her albums are always freaking praised and loved by critics and people alike) has never won Album of the Year, while this was Taylor Swift’s third win. What the fuck does that tell you? What does it tell you? Think about it!Much love.

Yeah I get that a lot too, but I’m not in the army, which is no stranger to bullies who seek out positions of power over others.Many women turn to the military, because they’re insecure about their own selves as women; and they’re at risk for abusing other women by whom they feel threatened by that.I don’t know the US army complaint-process, but you should definitely file one.
