I will be 100% honest here…. you don’t need a resume I have been working since I was 14 years old. Counting internships, I have had 17 jobs in my life, most of which were 3 month jobs over the summer or part-time on the side. 15 of them were before or during college. Obviously now, my career is a little more solid and I have tenure in my job, but not in that stage in my life. Positions I have had range from: Soccer referee, Lifeguard, Baskin Robbins server, Construction worker, Pizza delivery guy and, Survey administrator, just to name a few. 14 of the 17 jobs were found because I knew the person in charge of hiring or because I had a reference from a current worker.
