After reading their Terms of Service agreement, it seems that by signing up with Degoo, you are offering your personal computer/device to them so that they can provide storage for other users. The fact that you have to use their software to upload gives me pause to think why do I have to give Degoo access to the 30 Terabytes I have on my home computer.Just something to think of.

The very act of allowing them to store the file requires Google to ask for this license from you. Dropbox and other cloud storage services also need this. What you are missing from your list above is the privacy agreement which limits how Google will actually implement the above list of actions. Their privacy agreement is pretty strong, most experts agree.But to be clear, if Google Drive stored a file and you gave someone else access to it, Google would be engaging in copyright infringement if that file went from the cloud storage to someone else's computer without you specifically giving Google permission to do that.
