On March 19, 2015, in the locker room shower at Hebron High School in Carrollton, Texas, a group of teenage athletes surrounded a classmate and began to call him names.One boy urinated on him.Another spit in his face.The taunting turned into nasty threats. The victim, Hebron sophomore J.T. Pittman — “JTP” in court documents — had been beaten up once by these boys, some of them bigger and older than he was.Fearing it was about to happen again, JTP started punching.They were all rounded up and detained.JTP’s parents, John Scott Pittman and Karen Pittman, met with Scot Finch, the principal of Hebron High. Finch informed them their son would be suspended on April 9, 2015.So the parents retained legal counsel and filed civil case no. CC-15-01795-E at the Dallas County courthouse. The judge issued a TRO the next day, stopping the Lewisville School District from suspending JTP until the court decided what to do.But on May 19, after hearing both sides, the court dismissed JTP’s case.JTP’s parents appealed.All the Pittmans wanted was to a fair deal for their son. They weren’t asking for criminal charges against the other boys — not even the urinator.But they could have. Public urination is a crime in Texas. In some neighborhoods, being found guilty of this in a high school shower requires annual registration as a sex offender for life. It is, at least, a type of assault.That wasn’t enough for school authorities.The Pittmans pulled their son out of Hebron High School and enrolled him at John Paul II High School in Plano, Texas, where he was “Big Pitt”, a football hero.Then they dropped their lawsuit. And moved on.Common sense says don’t punish the victim.But common sense does not guide every public officer. In Texas, you’d better turn the other cheek.

It’s taken me a few days to calm down enough to write this answer, but earlier this week, I received an email from my daughter’s school stating that her Spanish teacher had been arrested. I thought it may have been for drunk driving, but no. After reading the message I felt sick, and in classic denial, I figured there must be two teachers named Mr. Moore.I spoke with my daughter and she confirmed that it was in fact HER teacher who had been taken into custody.DALLAS — A Spanish teacher at Flower Mound High School, James Moore, 58, was arrested Monday and faces a charge of indecency to a child. The incident occurred when the victim was 13 years old.Dallas police say they are concerned there may be additional victims because Moore has been an employee with the Lewisville Independent School District since May 2008. Moore was placed on administrative leave in connection with the criminal investigation.The alleged victim told detectives that Moore had helped his family after they relocated to the area in 2014, and that he trusted Moore because he was a Spanish teacher.The teen told investigators that Moore used to take him and his siblings to Six Flags often, and that Moore brought him Oakley sunglasses and a PlayStation but only for him, not his siblings. Moore also bought him a computer tablet and told the victim to lie to his parents and say it was a loan.The victim and his siblings often spent the night at Moore's apartment and would sleep on a couch in the living room. The teen said around June 2015, he was the only one of his siblings who went to Moore’s apartment to spend the night.The victim said he went to sleep on the couch but then Moore sent him a Facebook message telling the boy to sleep with him in his bed. The victim said no but then Moore guilted the teen and said he felt sad and used by him after giving him a computer tablet.The victim said he went to sleep with Moore in the bed and at that point Moore molested him. The victim said he was scared and pretended to be asleep, and said the next morning Moore acted like nothing had happened and invited him to church. The victim told Moore no and then Moore returned later with a new pair of sunglasses for him.The teen told police he saw Moore again, believing he could give the teacher another chance because the teen considered him to be family. The victim said Moore forced him to sleep in the same bed and molested him every night over the course of a week.The teen said his mother asked what was wrong after noticing the victim “acting rude” to Moore.According to the affidavit, Moore “acted like the victim" and told the teen’s mother that he had been rude and disrespectful all week.Moore molested the victim one more time while spending the night in the family’s apartment. The teen told his sister about what happened and she suggested the victim message Moore on Facebook to get proof of what he had done.The teen messaged Moore he was angry about the incident and Moore admitted to molesting the victim and apologized.The teen also told his mother what happened. She called Moore and told him to never come near the teen or the family again.The teen said he didn’t want to report anything to police at the time because he “felt embarrassed and nasty.”Earlier this month, four years after the incident, the victim spoke to a teacher at a Dallas high school about what had happened.That teacher had told his students he was leaving the school to take a position at Flower Mound High School.That statement "brought back a flood of memories that [the teen] had tried not to think about for four years.”The victim said he realized he needed to talk to someone about the incident and trusted the teacher who was relocating to FMHS. The teacher told his supervisors and police about the incident.The victim agreed to call Moore in a recorded phone call at police headquarters and Moore admitted to molesting the victim.Flower Mound High School officials then sent a statement to parents and guardians about Mr. Moore’s arrest.….and that’s how I found out that my daughter’s Spanish teacher was a child molester.My daughter said he had a weird vibe about him, and she thought it was strange that he worked a second job as a Lyft driver because (according to him) he needed more money. “But mom,” she explained, “he’s never been married and has no kids, so I wonder what he needs more money for?”After reading the news article, I think he used the extra cash to lure his victims.My daughter also said that when he was absent from class, one of the students joked, “He probably got arrested.”That seemingly innocent joke turned out to be a shocking reality.It’s scary to know that,Predators are hidden in plain sight.

The PRINCIPAL.BEING the head of the school he has the total control over all the department's in the school. As per cbse norms even correspondent of the schools cannot interfere in his work.
