As far as I know, there are no specific Software Engineering programs being offered in any Canadian University. They are mostly related to Computer Science, Data Science, Cyber Security, Artificial Intelligence and so on. But not for Software Engineering.If you’re looking for a degree in any other field, I would suggest looking into Computer Science. Sorry my friend but as far as I am concerned,I don't think that writing a refund application will be fruitful.My suggestion to you is to quit the institute if you do not find the classes productive and ask for your security deposit(if any) which is generally taken prior to admission.According to me switching to online coachings will be a wise decision .

As the chart you referenced above pointed out, NEXUS benefits include all PreCheck and Global Entry benefits, as well as use of NEXUS security lanes and passport control in Canada. Furthermore, NEXUS is cheaper than both options. However, there are three other factors that come to mind to consider when choosing a program--vetting process, fee refund, and interview location availability.1. Vetting--In order to be approved for NEXUS, you must be vetted by both the US CBP and the Canadian CBSA. For most people, this makes little or no difference, but it is something to be aware of. Both PreCheck and Global Entry only require CBP approval. This is probably not a big deal, but something to be aware of. If you need to care about this, you probably know a specific reason why.2. Fee Refund--A variety of credit cards and airline frequent flyer programs refund application fees for Global Entry. Check with your relevant programs to see if you are eligible.3. Location, Location, Location--This, of the three, is probably the most major. All trusted traveller programs require an in-person interview, and the sites at which you can complete this interview vary from program to program. TSA PreCheck has the most number of enrollment centers--they can be found here: UES - Locator. Per their website, TSA PreCheck has almost 300 enrollment centers, a whole 26 of which are actually at airports.
