What are the legitimate reasons for firing the tyrranical Training And Placement (TNP) officer of Pune Institute of Computer Technology(PICT), Pune?

Hello Friends, I am a BE. 2015 , TNP Cell, PICT Pune, Student-VictimThis has been the darkest year in the placements for PICT. Talented students suffered to get good jobs, but the TNP Cell placement cell broke all the records in the history of PICT for highest count for the number of students placed. Matter of Pride for we PICTians!!!Quality of placements, deteriorated!!!Issue 1:--->TNP coordinator recommendation,The tnp coordinator recommendations continue for the year 2014-15 placement, people who dont even deserve 3LPA salary are rewarded with salaries as high as 8LPA and 6LPA, just because they are tnp coordinators, they neither satisfy the percentage criteria nor they are competent enough to get these jobs, but they are the TNP COORDINATORS. I think instead of doing BE in some discipline I would recommend people to join tnp cell of PICT Pune, this place provides the best pay package, all you have to do is just prepare the list of eligible candidates and check whom to blacklist and who didnt come for the last company, just shit!!!!They are playing with the careers of the bright students of PICT.We want justice.....we are the victims but we wont let this shit happen again, we will fight for what is right, we will fight for those talented students who suffered, we will fight for the glory of our Alma Mater.Talent should be rewarded and not loyalty!!!Because if you want loyalty better hire dogs and nobody pays such high salary to dogs.Issue 2:-->Blacklisting of candidates for silly reasonsStudents are blacklisted and are not allowed to appear for the companies if they by mistake miss the company registration. Now, what is registration??It is a process, where the TNP coordinators post on the facebook groups about the company process, and they specify a deadline, and the students who fail to follow the deadline are not allowed to attend the process. TNP coordinators generally specify a deadline of 1 hour and they can post at anytime, generally at 11:00-12:00 at night. It takes 4 years to complete the graduation, and because of this 40 minutes, many people have missed their lifetime opportunities. Is this justified???Issue 3:-->Tnp people think that we are getting jobs because of the TNP Cell and our great TNP Officer but let me clear this, we are among the top engineering talent in our country, getting admission in this college is not that easy, especially B.Tech Comp.Sci and its the fame and name of PICT and the talent of the students from years, which brings the companies to our campus and not the f..king TNP cell.Issue 4:-->TNP people know the process and even the questions in the technical test before the company-process schedule is displayed. This is the height of injustice!!!!As per our report and experience, during Cache Box(7.75LPA), one of the companies in our campus, people copied even worse than the 10th standard board exams!!!, TNP coordinators we knowing the coding questions before the tests, and they had already prepared the cheats, and the same questions appeared. Few of the TNP recommendations also got placed, few good students fell victim to this shit!! What was their fault?? These people are playing with the careers of good students..... But let me tell them.....we will never surrender, and we will fight, because we studied hard to get into this institute, we studied hard to make till BE, and you cannot stop us from succeeding!!!Great example of this is PRACTO, a bangalore based startup, which came to our college, during the Impetus and Concepts 2015, a National Level BE Project Exhibition. PRACTO offered 12LPA, to few of our talented students, who earlier got placed in Mass Recruiters, due to these kind of policies and politics of our Pune Institute of Computer Technology, Dhankawdi, Pune's Training And Placement(TNP) Cell. This was real justice to those talented students who missed out due some fake situations created by the TNP Cell.Now-a-days, even the HR of the companies ask for TNP coordinators, this happened in VuClip(6LPA) and Sungard(4.2LPA) where it was first asked, who all are the TNP Coordinators, and special treatment was given to them.I think the other people should have joined the TNP Cell, for such special treatment.TNP Recommendation started from Morgan-Stanley, Nvidia and other big gaints, but these coordinators couldn't survive the heat of these great companies. Still they were given a chance, because they are the TNP COORDINATORS. And many deserving and the best candidates we not allowed to appear for these companies. But, somewhere there is justice, for all the hard work, which students put in to get placed and even if few couldn't get it from the campus, they will definitely succeed!!!I dont want to hurt any of my TNP coordinators nor our Respected Officer, but let me tell them,We never stop learning, and we never stop hard working, and that we will never surrender, we will win!!! And you cannot stop us from doing that!!!Because somewhere, there is a power which governs this world and you have no control there!!!Talent and Hard Work is always Rewarded.----Students of PICT B.Tech Batch 2015.
