Yes, a corona survivor here.It happened during mid of June.I came to know about my roommate’s direct contact being tested positive at his work location.Roommate kept getting fever and even though I didn't develop any symptoms I thought of informing my seniors about this and asked for self isolation.They were very helpful and arranged an accommodation for a week and was advised to keep monitoring my symptoms.Everything went well for 2 days without any symptoms.Gradually mild fever started to come for 5-6 hours in a day.I started having dry cough and it continued for 10 days.I lost my sense of smell and taste and it became very difficult to eat anything.I had to consume something to beat this.So i started to have oranges and apples only.Turmeric - milk and lemon with warm water became my routine consumption for coming days.Picture Source - My camera (21st June, my birthday)Tried to hide the fever within with a smile but red eyes tell a different story.To maintain my happy state did some physical exercise in the room along with breathing practices of Yoga, which helped me a lot in beating this.Took around 7 days to get my sense of taste and smell back.There were after effects too in the form of fatigue, dizziness and somewhat decrease in cognitive ability. But I am now OK by God's grace.I had Vit-C tablets for 14 days, Tab azithromycin 500 mg 1tab daily - 5 days and Tab ivermectin 12 mg - 1 tab today night repeat after 1 week.Don't panic too much within after getting affected and this too shall pass.Just hoping that vaccine comes out fast and help people beat this.Prayers for everyone 🙏
