In fact, all other eye colors came from brown, but through mutations and varying genetics, light-colored eyes were born. How beautiful is it to be everything in one?In many cultures, the color brown is a symbol of Earth, of rebirth, strength, and life. Yet, because of brown eyes’ commonality, they’re viewed as less. That’s like saying the ground isn’t vital because it’s everywhere. Just because brown eyes are common, doesn’t mean they’re less stunning.Personally speaking, brown eyes remind me of some of my favorite things, depending on the shade. From black coffee to dirt, wood to chocolate, honey to amber, brown eyes can be everything. Let me answer this question from an Indian Context.In my answer, brown eggs that I refer here are Desi eggs and white eggs that I refer here are poultry eggs (as these two eggs are majorly commercialized in Indian market).In general, brown eggs are 3/4th the size of white eggs and twice the cost of white eggs. Sometimes, brown eggs are available in the same size as that of white eggs too.Many say there is no difference between between brown eggs and white eggs, but actually there are.1.Shell thickness.Shells of brown eggs are comparatively less thick than shells of white eggs.2.Yolk colour.Yolks of brown eggs brighter than the yolks of white eggs.These are the major difference between brown eggs and white eggs.In India, just because an egg is brown in colour, we cannot claim it to be a brown egg.In the above image, both are white eggs.Well, I used an old technique to colour the egg shell.Tea DecoctionA white egg, kept undisturbed in cold tea decoction for 5 minutes to get a brown coloured white egg.Many egg sellers are cheating this way, for which they carefully select small sized white eggs.Many claim that the colour goes off when the egg is boiled.I tried boiling the coloured egg with other white eggs and here is the result.Before boiling, while boiling and after boiling.Hard to remove the decoction stain from the white shell.Decoction colour still remains the same even after boiling.The question here is : How to find the difference between artificially coloured eggs and brown eggs?Yolk colour - For which you have to crack open an egg and see.Refrigeration - Place all the brown eggs in an open vessel and refrigerate it on the top shelf.
