PDF Editor FAQ
Does a civil judge get a government bungalow, car, or security?
Yes, all perks.Let me clear your doubt with simple discussion. Many times you have came across through news or by other communications that many Judges son/daughter become judge or opt for judicial service even High Court Judges child too. Have you ever thought what attracted them to go for judicial services rather than other services if the judges does not get such facility before attaining the post of PDJ. Why didn’t choose for 7yr + HJS? They have option.Currently you’ve heard that 21 year old student had cracked judicial service with the rank 1. Even every one knows that earning of district court advocates are far better than salary of judicial officer even HC Judges (in metro cities more than SC Judges), then why they opt for such service. You may think that judges have high respect in society so for that, but mere respect is enough to attract you for any job? Even they have seen judiciary structure more closely than any of us. Then why they opt for judicial services? A success need a full devotion & dedication and it only came through motivation. Then what motivated them ?It is that facilities & power which attract or motivate them to purse for & helped in their preparations similar what attract or motivate a civil aspirants for IAS / IPS preparation.Generally judicial officers when dealing with criminal matter are provided with all types of facilities whereas if dealing with civil side then all depends on subject of availability. However regarding security it’s a common problem in every department whether it is IAS/IPS or Judge. Generally in every department (Executive & Judiciary both) the key sensitive post have reserved security structure and thus such posts facilities can never be downgraded or vacant but for other non-sensitive posts due to no such reservations, problem arises. Even an IAS/ IPS officers who are not on filed post and not in sensitive position in secretariat are also struggle very much for security & many facilities (you can search on quora & other place many top IAS/IPS have answered on it).Regarding time period of promotion currently 2013 batch officers are in Senior Grade & 2009 batch officers are in District Judge grade (I have already answered you can check it). It’s common in all states of India.Hope the above discussion have resolved your query. Thanks !!
