Film industry is weird.I saw two interviews of Bollywood celebs namely Alia Bhatt with Rajeev and Nawaz bhai in Aapki Adalat. It shocked me how life could be just so easy for someone and be difficult for other.The conversation is as follows:Interviewer: Have you had to fight for any role? or convince a director for a role?Alia: No, but for Kalank movie, I called Karan(Producer) and Abhishek(Director) and told them that I would be really upset if you don’t cast me in the film.And that is how she fought for her role and ended up getting it. Very interesting, it will be a spectacle if I go to an HR of one of top 5 MNCs and tell them I would be upset if you don’t recruit me.Anyway, next, I happened to watch another interview, it was Aap ki adalat, where Nawaz bhai was being interviewed. It goes as follows.Interviewer: for 12 years the industry did not give you a good role. You had too many rejections, how did a reject piece become accepted in this industry? (and then he goes on to show videos of his small roles like terrorist in sarfarosh, and waiter in shool )Nawazuddin: I received rejections from everywhere, it was nothing new, I was happy with what I was doing. It is also not about how big or small role was, I did all my roles with honesty and it brought me where I am today but it took 12 years and it was all worth it.This is what surprised me, how life can be so different for each and every person. I don’t want to offend any Alia Bhatt fans here, I do know that she did some good films. However, I truly feel that the industry sometimes forces some actors on the audience. This involves, giving too many opportunities to some actors even though people are rejecting the movies, this leads to finally people getting used to that actor, but actors like Nawazuddin take 12 years to get the right opportunity. Don’t type Trypophobia in the google images section, Please!!I don’t know if it is only me, but something instantly happened to me after I saw few images under trypophobia in google. It is a feeling of disgust that did not leave me for days.Trypophobia is a proposed phobia (intense, irrational fear, or anxiety) of irregular patterns or clusters of small holes or bumps.For me this feeling of disgust slowly transformed into something serious. Slowly I started getting that disgust feeling after looking at any kind of holes or circular patterns like people’s eyes, sink holes and gas bubbles formed while pouring coke in a glass.Thankfully, I got out of it now, by spending sometime daily in peaceful places like beaches, gardens and listening to melodious songs. (I know I sound funny, but each person reacts differently to different situations)I am not even posting any pic here of that sort as I don’t want even the worst of my enemies to go through what I had gone through at that time.My friends also saw these images but their reaction was just few minutes of disgust and that was it.I have read different articles about why it happens and the theories were really interesting. I will put it in simple words.lets take these examples.This is a poison dart frog, one of the most poisonous creature in the world.let us consider this THE BLUE-RINGED OCTOPUS, it is also one of the most poisonous creature.and many other poisonous creatures have one thing in common, this disgusting pattern of symmetric holes.The very first humans who walked on earth did not know which creatures are harmless and which are not, when they interacted (eating, touching or keeping them as pets) with creatures like these, they understood that they were dangerous. So overtime, they developed a deep disgust for creatures with weird patterns like this. For us today, this pattern turned into an instant reflex of disgust and we want to get rid of it, you can call it a sort of evolution.Today when I see those weird images, its just a disgusting feeling for few seconds and then I forget about it.Have a good day.

The people like Farah khan, judging big and irrelevant(to their field) shows like Indian idol.I have no hatred towards her. In fact I like the colourful or out of the world scenes she directs and her choreography is also very good.But what is she doing in a show like Indian idol. How can a person from another field like dance or direction sit beside singer and music director like Anu malik and Sonu nigam and judge singers without knowing anything about it. She might be a good friend of them, very good speaker or even a producer, but how does that qualify her to judge singers.Once again, I'm not against her.I'm just against the idea of letting people to become judges just because they are famous or good speakers.Peace.Image source: Google.Edit 1-An important question has been raised by Mr. Pallav sahu in the comments section “ do you really feel sad about such baseless shows ?”. I thought there are some things not mentioned in my post related to this question. So here it goes…There are 2 important things to consider -First, no matter how baseless or unreal the show might be it reaches out to crores of people, and I am one of them. Its been watched, not just in India but also abroad.Secondly, just think about the skills you have developed. The passion, the hard work, the efforts you have put. The sleepless nights you have spent believing it will make you feel successful and satisfied one day. Now how would you feel, If you were to be judged on the basis of your skills by a person who knows nothing about it.It's not just from the viewpoint of the show, but also from the viewpoint of the contestants and the number of people it's reaching out to.Suggestions-There are other people as suggested by Deepak Thripati, Anushk Vijayvargiya and Ashirvad Mishra.1.Chetan Bhagat, judge of a dance show-2.Karan johar, judge of many shows-3. Archana puran Singh, navjot Singh siddu, for comedy shows because of their laughs-Though, these two are not ”judges” anymore.Edit 2-500+ upvotes, thank-you for such an overwhelming response quorans, keep encouraging.Edit 3-4. Arbaaz and sohail khan, again for comedy shows, but don't know why-Sorry for the clarity of the pictures, had to crop out some deserving judges. ;).Thanks for the suggestions people
