You need to score 80 in GATE exam. The application at any college will likely ask you if you have ever enrolled in college before. I'd sit down with an admissions counselor before filling out an application and pose your question - tell them you'd like a clean start and you do not want to seek any credit for previous work. Ask them if would consider your application on your high school record alone and allow you a clean start.Take your old transcript with you to that interview - they will want to know that you did nothing dishonest at your previous college. They might be more willing to let you start fresh - if you ask to be admitted as a 'non-degree students' - a student just taking classes for enrichment. Later you could apply to change over to a 'degree candidate' and your courses would then count toward the degree.

Many people apply for financial aid because they have a desire to learn but could not afford to pay for the online course.
