I am forced to tell his family to take him to another hospital.An elderly woman comes with low back pain because she has started working again as her children have turned her out. She just wants some pain meds for free so she can sleep in peace. I have to tell her to go back and come to the OPD the next day.A young man comes with a deep gash on his elbow. I clean it with surgical spirit and it burns a lot. The patient screams.A lady comes with an asthma attack. She looks ashen in colour. I make her sit down on a bed splattered with the blood of the last accident victim. It stains her clothes.A small child is waiting in line with a major tummy ache, barely stopping himself from crying out loud. His father is begging me to see him. I ask him to wait and stop bothering me.A patient with a fracture in both his legs needs to be taken to the X-ray room. His father asks me if I can help him find a stretcher. I tell him I can't help him. He eventually has to ask another man for help and they do an arm carry.A patient with chest ache needs an ECG. The son asks if he can get a portable ECG. I tell him that he has to make his father walk to the ECG room. And then he has to leave his father there and then walk 500m to the Cardio building and get the ECG looked at and then come back.A farmer comes with a mangled hand after a machine accident. He asks me if he'll regain the use of his hand after a quick reconstruction surgery. I tell him that it's very unlikely.A 5 year old girl comes with abdominal pain from a village 4 hours away, after being referred from 3 centres. We suspect intestinal malrotation based on clinics and imaging. I am forced to ask the family to take her to yet another Hospital.A patient is writhing in pain but I am asking her to wait while I sit down and write something on a piece of paper.It's disgusting, isn't it?Why did I do it?We didn't have a neurosurgery Emergency in our hospital. He would have died without treatment in my hospital.I had several patients lined up with life threatening conditions like heart attack, poisoning, hypoglycemic coma. The ER was crowded. Low back pain isn't an emergency - I didn't have time for her. Free medicines were available from the morning OPD only.We had run out of Povidone Iodine which hurts a lot less. We only had NS and spirit.We didn't have a staff to clean the beds, floor or the ER. Understaffed as we were, We didn't have the time to call him repeatedly. It was cleaned once a day. In 24 hours a frightening amount of bio-waste accumulates, stinks up the room and we have to work in that.His father was distracting me while I was helping my senior save an unconscious patient gasping for breath. None of the doctors were free. Abdominal pain can be serious, yes, but since the child was up and running about, it would have to wait.We didn't have stretchers. It was a problem. We had no idea where they were. Some people made a business out of it - money for stretcher. We had made multiple complaints to the Hospital Superintendent. As long as it didn't make the news, no action was taken.The portable ECG was out of order for months. The Cardiology building is 500m away. I needed the consultation before I could admit the patient.We didn't have a plastic surgery emergency. Quick reconstruction surgery is a distant dream.We didn't have a pediatric surgery emergency. We had a general surgery ER and they were not trained adequately to deal with that.I have to write things on referrals sheets, admission sheets, ER register, Death Certificates, Police Cases and several other documents like these. There are multiple ways to counter check whether the call you got was real fake.Check whether the NGO is registered? NGO Partnership SystemAsked for last 3 years report - fakes will not revert backLook for NGO’s letter head with contact detailsAsking for office phone number - They wont have one.A good board, financial disclosures in the annual report, a fixed address/phone number and an invitation to visit them whenever you like are all indications of a good organisationAsking for patients parents number - Even patient’s parent are not aware of this.If you look at the document scan - Check whether hospital's address and phone numbers are manipulated and altered.PDF do not contain any properties and kept blank.Time difference between : Brief clinical history, Progress Record, Admission Sheet.visit the hospital personally or google Contact number of the hospital, ask them about the patient in Room no (mentioned in the document) and OPD registration number.Asked for TAX Exemption active certificate. Check the validity of the 80G certificate.Bluff - one of my friend wants to become become volunteer of organization.Helping some one is what we want to do but lets not give away our hard earned money to these scumbags.

Have you actually challenged it legally , or are you going by” here say “ or by the hospital's admission sheet you signed upon admission . It may have a section on safety of the newborn during difficult delivery.
