Efficiency describes the city of 2090. Buildings that can “adapt” to natural disasters like Earthquakes; that are flexible yet formidable. With the successes of the ITER nuclear fusion reactor and improved solar collectors earlier on in the century, renewable and sustainable forms of energy dominate. Electric cars own a substantial market share in the auto sector. High speed transportation now keeps you more connected then ever to your loved ones.Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, & the Internet Of ThingsSentient AI machines are integrated into society. They can help with rudimentary tasks with the elderly, all the way through to helping the worlds most elite scientists with global emergencies. Quantum computers deliver ten fold on their promises. They help to unravel the toughest of optimization problems and simulate whole ecosystems and complicated neurological processes in great detail. A cure for Alzheimer’s is now within reach. The internet is everywhere. Everywhere you go, the internet is accessible. 90% of the world population is online and connected.
