Feedbacks from Our Clients

CocoDoc is one of the greatest finds for us. We were forced to find an "Online Forms Vendor" when we launched a JAMstack site. We tried a couple different online forms services, and always found them lacking in one way or another. We always felt that the technology 'just wasn't there yet' and we would just have to manage with what we got. Then - one of our developers suggested CocoDoc as a new possiblility to consider. It's a big deal to keep changing vendors and CocoDoc was a little more expensive than the other services. But once I reviewed their product, and ultimately began to USE their product - I could not have been happier. "Robust" wouldn't begin to express the tools and service they offer. From basic forms on websites, to contests where we wanted to port all the entries right into MailChimp, to quick and competent, technical support to full reporting and data capture to custom emails/responders - we ended up, upgrading our subscription and moved almost all of our clients' forms management to CocoDoc. We are not programmers, but have some technical skills - and CocoDoc has empowered me to manage all aspects of forms and data like never before in the 20 years we've been working on websites. I could go on and on - but just need to say we are really happy for something so stable, straightforward and well-built. Good job!!
