There are a number of colleges that are open admissions meaning that they will admit anyone who meets their minimum standards. This can mean just having passed specific classes in high school or meet minimum scores on selected placement tests.Students with below a 3.0 GPA are also admitted to colleges without open admissions.For example, McMurry University in Abilene, Texas admitted 55% of applicants and 21% had less than a 3.0 GPA. Midwestern State University accepted 75% of students and also had 21% of its freshman with less than a 3.0 high school GPA.In some states such as Texas, students can be admitted to state public institutions without consideration of GPA. The University of Texas at El Paso has an admission’s grid based on class rank and college test scores which may account for 24% of the freshman having a GPA below 3.0. The other one, in the southwest corner, is Clark County, which is all suburbs of Portland, Oregon.Most of the rest of the state is people who hold their nose and vote for the GOP. I really shouldn’t have been surprised about Spokane. My paternal grandfather made his home there for the last 40 years of his life. I never knew him well and he died when I was only 20, but he was very religious and very conservative. Makes sense he’d pick one of the few Republican-leaning cities in America.

The Second battle of Jutland completely breaks the blockade, Germany is save.1919 was the year the Entente collapsed, the Germans broke through at Verdun and forced the French to retreat back to Paris which was put under siege. Italy collapses early in the year, she leaves the war. France runs out of manpower and capitulates on the 4th of october ending the first Weltkrieg.The treaty of Versaille is signed with a victory of the Central Powers.Belgium is puppeted by GermanySerbia cedes territory and is puppetedMontenegro is annxedGreece cedes territoryFrance cedes territory aswell as pretty much her entire colonial empireItaly decends into civil war.France decends into civil war.Belsheviks surrender and the Russian civil war ends with a White victory.In 1920 the Italian civil war ends with it being split up into several different countries. The Austro-Hungarian empire is starting to crack and a revolt forces the emperor to create the puppet state of Illyria.I cannot express in words how much is love this mod, the universe is so incredibly huge and unique. This mod is not only available to hoi4 but also to Darkest Hour! Their youtube channel makes music and trailers. Their content roughly follows the Paradox expansions, with the WTG dlc Kaiser devs made an Asian expansion and MTG focused on the second American civil war. This is truly the mod if you don’t want to know what consequences your actions have. After all, we know that the UK and France back down when Germany takes Austria but what happens in Kaiserreich when France takes a part of the Swiss? Who knows?The mod is so popular the the mod received an alternate history! That’s right, were talking about Fuhrerreich here. Now we have alternate alternate history. I think that i’ve spend easily 200+ hours into Kaiserreich alone.The only dowside it has is that it’s unstable in multiplayer, slows down really hard mid to late game and has a questionable Ai…My favourite part is playing as one of the four factions in the American civil war.I’m sure i’ve made a lot of spelling mistakes in my excitement but it’s rather late right now and in no mood to a spell check.
