Feedbacks from Our Clients

I wish I could update my review and give 5 stars. 2 years later, my documents are still not OCR as I didn’t have time and energy to figure out how it works. I’ve done 2-3 pages OCR in 2 years (2017-2019). Unfortunately I have many GB of documents to OCR not done. I understand that some businesses think that that the customer has nothing else to do than spend time and energy understanding their settings. Why they can’t do someting ready to use and user friendly? I appreciate the fact they answered, see below but I can’t give more than an extra star. Would you give more? Initial review with 1 star in 2017 when I bought it: OCR has difficulty to install and function Customer service is inexistent If you want to ask someone, you have no email address to ask any question. They only care about money making. When you combine scanned pages you need to do it manually one by one. The software does not recognise what you scanned. You scan again and manually add again.
