What does it mean by free CUG calls in your corporate SIM plan?

Yes, CUG member can make and receive calls to and from other networks, other than CUG group too. However, it would not be free, you would have pay for it.

What is the difference between a corporate postpaid connection and an individual postpaid connection?

Hi. Being a Telecom Guy I can answer the connection very well.An individual connection will be like any other prepaid or postpaid connection you buy from market with call rates and monthly rental being open to all. Call rates could be on a higher side if not equal to corporate connection. Also you need to apply various packs to get the discounts on calls, messages and Data.On the other hand a corporate connection are of 2 types.Company OwnedIndividual OwnedCompany owned corp connections are owned by company and given to the employee to use. The ownership of the connection always remains with company and any changes in pan and other benefits can only be done by company. Usually the plan is much cheaper as compared to individual connections which is negotiated with the telecom company at very beginning.Individual Owned corporate connection is owned by the employee but with a special plan for the company employees. Again the plan is specially designed for the company employees and may not be available in the open market. In this plan any changes can be done by employee itself.Main benefit of taking a corporate connection is CUG (Company User Group) in which all calls and messages or a defined number of calls and messages are free among the user group.Only thing to consider before taking a corporate connection is to check what is the definition of CUG in that Connection.Whether the calls are free among CUG members in the same state or PAN India.Whether the CUG is applicable to CUG Members of other companies as well in same state as well as pan India.

What is the message user group (MUG) in SWIFT?

What you can send/receive is governed by 2 factors:Who you are on the network (SWIFT/Bank/Corporate)What you are sending (message type)For example, SWIFT can send system messages or broadcast messages to all or subusers of the network. If you are a Financial Institution (FI) then you would normally have to exchange RMA (Relationship Management Application) keys which will allow you to send to another party - they will then approve/reject and may send a reciprocal request. For Corporates, typically they need to be sponsored by a bank (to join MA-CUG or SCORE). A MA-CUG (Member Administered Closed User Group) is managed by the bank, so if a Corporate has multiple banking relationships they would need to join multiple MA-CUG. The bank will administer who can join and what they can send within the group.SCORE is an updated version of MA-CUG which simplifies the process. A Corporate would still need to be sponsored by a bank, but the barrier is less for each additional bank.
