C A R Form Pet: Fill & Download for Free

Short sighted cost cutting is one of my pet peeves. Here’s a few:Getting rid of free coffee. Coffee is a completely legal, addictive stimulant that improves short term performance and mental acuity. Not offering this to your employees for free makes no sense (yes, I’m a coffee drinker.)No pens / pencils / office supplies. Ford / GM used to do this at the end of the year, basically asking employee to bring in their own. I always wondered if the assumption was they’d bring back what they took home, or perhaps that no-one writes anything down. The savings can’t be worth what a single missed note on a deliverable taken across an entire organization.Travel freezes: Pretty common, esp. towards end of year. These freezes gives employees an iron-clad excuse to not travel anywhere, which is often fine with them b/c a lot of employees (contrary to popular belief) don’t like to travel for business anyway. That it might negatively impact outcomes is, apparently, not a consideration.Then there’s an entire topic of business unit under-investment, where companies cease investing in R&D and just coast, while wringing costs out of the declining organization in waves of layoffs. But I think you’re talking about smaller scale stuff…

Darling go c a psychologist u r depressed, then work with them to create a timetable for yourself, then include in it sports, meditation, going to regular church, temple just to socialize,do 10 good deeds, adopt a pet dog take it for walks, talk to it, play wirh it and when u feel better focus and study, write down who u really r, visualise urself getting there and then proactively get there, come on man!
