To my knowledge, a Transport Officer’s work at ONGC is;To maintain the records of heavy ( crane, trucks etc.) and light vehicles (Boleros, Scorpios etc.)To allocate the no. of vehicles to the particular department according to their need.To decide whether to keep a vehicle RTC (round the clock) or for a half a day’s duty.To release a tender for requirement of vehicles (heavy and light both).To optimise the expenses incurred by the different departments for vehicles in ONGC by co-ordinating with them.Any suggestions that may be added to this answer are welcome.Thanks for A2A.

It's a 5 day job from 9:30 to 6:00.JE (tech) are supposed to look after all the transportation needs of airports, have to do tender work for vehicle hiring, annual maintenance contract, annual rate contract for vehicle hiring, maintenance of vehicles which include fire vehicle, ambulances, Jeep's etc.Now come to the second part, earlier selection process was of two stage i.e online test followed by interview but from 2017 onwards aai discontinued the interview process.Hope it helps.
