In 2002 Kevin Spacey and I launched TriggerStreet.com as a platform for undiscovered filmmakers and writers to showcase their work and get constructive criticism to help improve upon it and bring the better material some exposure. The thinking was that you didn't need to be "in Hollywood" to get unbiased feedback and exposure, as if you only showed your work to family and friends, then they'd do what family and friends do - tell you how great it is and that you should be Hollywood making movies. As we all know when you put it online, you're going to hear what people really think and hopefully take that feedback for future revisions and other works. Also, it works as a way to get your work seen and to network with other like minded individuals both inside and outside the business. The community continues to thrive almost 9 years later with close to 200,000 registered users, averaging 5000-6000 screenplays and 5000 short films on the site and 100's of thousands of reviews of the material that has been uploaded. In the last few years many similar sites have been founded and have had much success in nurturing these communities by providing opportunities via crowd sourcing, networking, feedback, and exposure.To Sunil's point above, part of the next big thing will be the distribution side of things, and as an example, separately from TriggerStreet.com, we recently announced a deal with Netflix on HOUSE OF CARDS which puts them into the original programming business -> http://trg.gr/jFb0Xz Just as HBO, Showtime, AMC, etc started as movies and then transitioned into original programming, they appear to be doing the same thing - but through a different pipe. This is exciting and is going to turn this business upside down and change how everyone looks at how they get their cable / TV / content. I predict in the very near future the next big "networks" will be the likes of Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, Apple, Fandor, Facebook, etc with new TV's and all devices coming with them already installed, or easily installable, and the consumer paying these "networks" directly for their service rather than a middle man. Want one channel and not 20 others you never watch but come bundled with the one ? That will be a thing of the past. Also, it will be a money maker for that distributor and a savings for the consumer as the middle man / conglomerate will be cut out. I think this will also lead to more niche quality programming, as if there is a audience, they will pay for it, but most importantly be able to. Give the viewer what they want, how they want it, when they want it, and they will pay for it.

And in my mind, I was thinking, ’Oh my gosh.’ The boys already don’t like to come in and sit in the makeup chair. And this was going to require extra time to get [actor John Slattery] in and clean him up at the end of the day.”Slattery could not simply grow his own mustache, because fans would see the facial hair before the episode aired. So Horochowski had the difficult task of finding a faux stache that would both work for and look authentic on the character.“It’s tricky with a fake mustache because they can go clownish or jokey so fast, and that was my fear with him. Even when it is growing out of your face, a mustache can be ridiculous,” Horochowski says, laughing. “With a fake one, if it’s not made really well, it can look really jokey. But it actually worked out.”Horochowski recalls going through “a bunch” of different test styles for this particular stache—which Weiner had actually wanted Roger to grow during the show’s previous season. “We talked about it last season and tried it out, and it was just too much. And then for this season, Matt was like, ‘I think we gotta go for it with Roger. I think for the end [of the show] he has got to have it.’ So we tried a bunch of styles and we kind of just settled on this one.”Although facial hair might seem like a small detail, Horochowski revealed that she and Weiner actually spent a while discussing it. “It was something that we had been talking about for a long time, coming into the later 60s. Who is going to get facial hair? You don't want to like wake up one day and everyone on the show has facial hair.” So they decided to slowly transition certain members of the cast into trendy styles of the era. “Last season, we made [the actor who plays Harry Crane] Rich [Sommer]’s sideburns a little longer and everybody started growing out their sideburns. And then we had Ben Feldman [who plays Michael Ginsberg] last season grow out his mustache. And of course Jay [Ferguson, who plays Stan Rizzo] with his big beard.”

We are clients of 100krafts in Bangalore and our feedback is that they are very bad in maintaining quality and keeping up to their promises. They promise you one year AMC post completion and do not keep up to that. Our flat has most of the interiors done in white duco finish which started turning yellow within 6months. They do not have any explanation for the same. It's more than 7 months since the complaint today and still the problem is not rectified.My opinion is do not go with 100krafts. They are highly expensive and do not maintain quality nor keep up to their words. There are many interior decorators who will do the same finish for a lesser price and will do a much better job.
