In return, I received an email stating that, for the 2020 Alaska cruise season, all tours purchased on their website had been changed to 3-year transferable credits. If the credits weren’t used by November 2022, they then became refundable. When I gently reminded the company that they can’t change their terms after purchase, they appealed to emotion. “We’re a family-owned business, etc…” But they agreed to provide a refund, per the original terms, if I again requested it.Once I realized our family members were not ready to rebook the cruise any time soon, I again (apologetically) contacted the tour company and the refund was immediately made.Covid-19 has affected the travel industry greatly, but probably worst of all affected are small, family-owned businesses that rely on tourists as their sole means of earning a living.

It is a SCAM, they hook you into a "monthly subscription" , but when you unsubscribe, you dont get any document stating this, you think you ended their billing, but next month you get a suprise un approved charge! When you contact them to complain about this, they claim you never unsubscribed!, but they will do it now so you wont be charged again... it is a WELL THOUGHT SCAM STRATEGY and people who dont check their credit card billl probably get charged many more times!!! CROOKS
