Communism is an emphatic attempt to dictate 'the common good', where all decisions, except those related to personal time & possessions, like your toothbrush, which no one would want to use, are the property of the state, which posits as the decider of 'your good'.Democracy is likewise a political system that says you can do as you please as long as you don't upset the majority. Now, whilst communism dictates 'your interests' through a top-down committee, representative democracy has the illusion of giving you a 'choice'. But as most of us know, its a nominal or symbolic choice. You choose a person from one of two parties, or some 'feral' extremist from among the others. None of these people you know, and all concerned are 'practical', since they have long sold their souls to serve, knowing that they'll never get another job, except by being some high-profile minister.Now, most people would argue that this is reason for 'direct democracy'. The problem of course is that, whether you are a 'constituent voting for a representative' or a 'direct participant', you are just a 'number' in a field of ideas. i.e. You are just an extorter in some legalised gang bang. There is no reason to believe either system is better in themselves, however the fact that Westerners believe they have rights, when they have arbitrary 'permission slips' from their overarching authority, and the fact that leaders are temporal, given that the party values are entrenched, then you're 'ass is others'. You are a slave. Note how you were only given political rights when politicians decided that they no longer needed to threaten your person. They now just steal your money, or threaten to do so for the most innocuous of actions. Because policy is populist, it is dumbed down. So anything vaguely 'scientific' like speeding tickets, global warming or nuclear energy, where there is an overarching 'fear' from practical events, then we are destined to remain in the age of fire and brimstone. Thank goodness for space travel. At least we are still able to pollute space.

When I was young and silly I had broken my spine on a dirt bike ( T4,T5 ) I was in the specialist spinal clinic with a plaster cast from my neck down to my groin.Luckily I was able to walk still.My friends visited and smoked some weed with me out in the garden. Unbeknown to me one of them slipped a large 3 paper joint in the top drawer of my bedside table.The next morning when the nurse woke me up to get sponged she opened the top draw to get out my toothbrush/paste etc and found the joint and confiscated it. Later the head of the hospital came to me and said I could no longer have visitors (family excluded ) because of the joint and if I failed to comply I would be booted from the spinal clinic.The next morning at 8am I quietly called a taxi, got dressed and packed my few possessions and escaped from Alcatraz. My father came to visit me later that day at the hospital and was told by the sister that I had a drug problem and I had discharged myself without permission. She was angry that I had not signed the discharge papers. I had to remove my cast myself by soaking in a bath and removing it with some poultry shears.

If they quit, they are encouraged to pay the company back, but not forced tooThey are allowed to own cellphones, but they can’t use them while training and they are monitoredFor those that are in school, they need to maintain at least a B in every class. They also will have less training time during examsThey aren’t allowed to leave the training facility unless they have permission and also a staff member with them (unless they are going home)Trainees are not allowed to date. Simple as that.There’s an age limit. All trainees need to be older than thirteen and younger than twenty five. If they reach twenty five before debut, they are no longer allowed to be trainees, but are given the chance to debut, alone if there is no pending group. They have to be at least sixteen to debut, fifteen in special casesThey have to stay healthy. Diets are not forced, but encouraged if their weight is above or below average for their age/sizeThey are also trained to play a musical instrument of their choice (preferably piano or guitar, since these are good when writing music)They are allowed to take time off. Breaks to work on their physical and mental health are allowed and encouraged. Health is the #1 priorityMonthly events in which they show what they have worked on. This will also help to see what they still need to work onGroups aren’t put together randomly. They are chosen based off of the relationships between the trainees. The trainees have some say as to who they debut with. They need to have a strong bond to work togetherTrainees are also taught English and Japanese. If they choose to learn another language, that is also allowedIdols:They are still allowed to have cellphones. For the first three years, their pictures, videos, and comments will be reviewed by the company before they are posted. After that, they are responsible for maintaining their own imageLive videos will not have staff involvement nor criteria, unless there is a problem with that idol (they have done bad things in the past or are a risk of doing something bad). Other than that, the idol decides what they do and show in a liveAll of them are given therapists. It’s a must. Idol life is hardThey all are encouraged, but not forced, to help with the album, be that writing or choreographing or just pitching in ideas.Training does not end when they become idols. There is always room for improvement. However, it is way less strict. Maybe one day a week of just full trainingSkinship is not forced. However, groups are allowed to interact with each other. Idols are responsible for what they show on camera in terms of skinship with idols of the opposite sexVery frequent breaks. At least a week or two after the release of an album (after promotions ofc). During the holidays, where they are allowed to go home and see their families. Also paid vacations once a year, partially filmed and somewhat scriptedDating is allowed, after the first three years of debut. Also no food or drinks from fansEncouraged to work on their interests (also financially supported).
