The first things I look at are the names of the managers and the auditors statement. Then I glance at the footnotes. There's a section called "risk factors" that is always interesting reading, and I look in their for something that I didn't expect.Once that's done, I look at the general pattern of income and assets and compare that with other companies in the same industry.

His net worth in reality is more than Bill Gates and Warren Buffet.By the present capitalization of Tata Group , of about $100 billion, Ratan Tata’s net worth comes out to be about $830 million.The good thing about Tata Group is that they do Charity out of their Money, and that is the reason TATA Group has generated so much of Goodwill over last 5 generations.
