He starts to eat whatever is available, and doesn't spare even the palace of Kubera. And Ganesh warns that he would not spare Kubera, if his hunger is not attended.The panicked Kubera prays to Shiva for help, then Shiva and Parvathi come to Kubera’s rescue. Goddess Parvathi feeds Ganesh just a morsel of food , and finally Ganesh’s hunger subsides.Thus, Kubera realizes his mistake and asks forgiveness from Shiva and starts to donate his wealth to the needy people.
