in pain management and require them to oversee their chronic pain management patients based on protocol by issuing monthly prescriptions and oversee the acute patients by giving them a 5 day prescription and referral appointment in 5 days at an in/out-patient clinic;5% to assist funding of the AMC branch of the military;5% to use toward a fund set aside for rebuilding materials costs after natural disasters in conjunction with the AMC construction unit;5% Start (or enhance if applicable) a national cyber crime unit;17% used to acquire property via eminent domain and refurbish or rebuild to use use for all the other programs starting with neighborhoods and communities identified as needing the most help and revitalization; abandon factory towns; with first access to seized and foreclosed property.Get America Back To WorkThe first Save America program will be to set up a temporary program to start each of the other programs and it will be responsible for the following:Bringing home troops that are not serving a direct purpose abroad;Starting a new branch of military to serve only in America called American Military Corps (AMC) but they will be trained through current training methods ideally some in each branch of the current military with the new recruits getting to choose if they meet eligibility protocol;Recruiting troops to serve IN AMERICA via AMC and putting America back to work;Rebuild and revitalize towns by reopening ALL decommissioned military bases and using 50% for AMC;Establishing a construction AMC unit to go to, rebuild and revitalize towns and neighborhoods by refurbishing, rebuilding, repurposing buildings and properties acquired and preparing them for program usage or transitional housing for program families using local merchants to purchase materials and provide temporary housing and services at standard market value rates;Deploy and use the AMC construction unit as the primary labor for clearing debris and rebuilding after natural disasters;Declaring gangs terrorist organizations and dismantling them with units in AMC who will be responsible for patrolling all gang neighborhoods;Offering other branches reenlistment options to AMC to allow them to decompress AND save America;Offering veterans who share the bases the opportunity to reenlist or jobs and training positions in the bases;Integrating the DEA into the AMC and cross training both and to fight the war on drugs with the units assigned to the gang terrorists;Declaring people who prey on women and children terrorists especially, not limited to, sex traffickers and dismantling them with units in AMC;Setting up units here to do all the same things for America as we do for other countries and for helping with ALL Save America programs disabled veterans, homeless and battered women and children and shared with other Save America programs.Public EducationWe need a more educated infrastructure and to move single parents off of welfare without creating homeless, hungry and helpless people so I would do the following:Make all public colleges and universities free;Provide free daycare and preschool at all public colleges and universities;Build public daycare centers for 6-36 mo children with services provided for a fee based on income with a not to exceed and reasonable flat rate (may be housed with the public preschool);Build preschools for 3-4 yo that are free and part of the public school system;All teaching, early education and child psychology students will be required to have workshops, serve there teaching hours and earn their teaching credentials in these preschool programs first and teaching will be accredited from preschool;All child development and child psychology students will be required to have workshops in the public preschool and daycare and earn one year of work credit hours in the public daycare unless the career path is as a school counselor then the students will have workshops in both and earn work credit hours at the preschoolThe Save America program will look to hire accredited teachers who have taught 3-4 yos for at least two years in private preschools to set up and start these public preschools by converting their past teaching hours into continued childhood education training earned and help get it added to your teacher certification with proof from your employer;The Save America program will look to hire accredited teachers who have taught 3-4 yos for at least one year in private preschools to be lead teachers in the preschools with teaching students required to serve their first year teaching hours in half day increments in the preschool classroom, morning students will teach in afternoon and visa versa thereby staffing the facilities with the highest quality for the lowest cost (the program should be set up in such a way that the students can transition to the lead teachers by the end of the year);Expand the school year to optional year around offering makeup classes for failing coursework/classes, art, music, theatre, sports, debate and elective programs only to give parents a safe environment option for there children while they work with fun things that feed our children’s souls (enrollment by the parents constitutes an agreement that is subject to all the same laws and benefits as the core school year including bus pickup and drop off, as well as, after school programs, lunches and truancy;Provide 2 AMC personnel at each school p-6 and 4 AMC personnel at each school 7-12 with double the personnel at schools in gang neighborhoods and triple (or more if necessary) at schools with frequent gang activity;Have AMC MPs do truancy checks, patrolling and enforcement as requested by the school units with special focus in gang areas.Battered Women and ChildrenWe need to protect our women and children from those who prey on and terrorize them so I would start a program run by AMC to do the following:Seize abandon properties across the nation and refurbish or rebuild structures to provide medical attention, housing, counseling, access to training or continuing education, onsite armed security, onsite daycare and p-12 school transportation to school and work and other services as necessary to battered women and children;Acquire refurbished and repurposed property from other programs to use for services, housing and transitional homes for homeless families on a rent (sliding scale) to own basis if circumstance permit;Provide self defense and martial arts training;Provide new identity’s and anonymous relocation to another state if the situation is deemed life threatening;Give them access to jobs in the Save America program if/when available.HomelessWe need to eliminate homelessness on the streets of America and I would do this through the following:Seize abandon properties across the nation and refurbish or rebuild structures to provide medical attention, housing, counseling, access to training or continuing education and onsite armed security, onsite daycare and p-12 school and other services as necessary to our homeless;Seize properties with 5 or more code violations left unresolved for more than 6 months across the nation and refurbish structures to provide medical attention, housing, counseling, access to training or continuing education, onsite armed security, onsite daycare and p-12 school, transportation to school or work and other services as necessary to house and hopefully transition our homeless back into society;Acquire refurbished and repurposed property from other programs to use for services, housing and transitional homes for homeless families on a rent (sliding scale) to own basis if circumstance permit.Feed AmericaWe need to make sure no American goes hungry AND THEY HAVE edible meals so I would do the following:End the current version of Meals on Wheels and change it to Brown Meals by a) set up an appointment and sit down with UPS executives and ask them for a partnership providing free weekly deliveries to the eligible low income, retirement and disabled communities in exchange for tax credits, b) calling up the owner of freshly and ask him/her to train the “Brown Meals” staff to do what they do so these people can stop eating gluey mush and start eating real food again, get one delivery per week and have some control over the menu, c) the food would be free or offered on a sliding scale based on income, d) talk to freshly about picking up the overage especially in rural areas with subsidies for low income, retired and disabled people, as well as, monthly free shipping tax certificate for UPS shipping on those meals;Have Free hot meals available for all students in all public schools;Have hot meal cafeteria and cold meal pantry in all program housing using a combination of regular cold meals, Brown Meal and freshly prepared cafe style dining meals.HealthcareIncrease Medicare tax by 25%;Eliminate health insurance premiums by making Medicare THE universal health insurance for all Americans unless a supplement is desired;Study other countries and use the best elements from ALL OF THEM to determine any changes in the current program details!GovernmentFire all personnel not qualified to do their job;Hire qualified personnel who have and will serve the best interests of the American people;Limit terms of ALL PUBLIC AND APPOINTED offices to two terms;Institute debt and bailout repayment programs to all countries and big businesses starting with the big businesses that issued bonuses after the bailouts;End bills and laws that take more than 25 pages to detail;Audit and revise current bills and laws on the books one by one so the average person can read and understand them and make them fit into the not to exceed 25 page format by separating them if necessary, eliminating redundancy when applicable and eliminating those that are not in the best interest of ALL Americans and then grouping them in categories with a new numbering system;Have every government department, Medicare authorized medical facilities and other government entity undergo efficiency review and retraining to increase efficiency and reduce staff through retirement or transfer where indicated;Review and audit purchasing programs and protocols in government and medical industry and find cost savings measures where indicated like, for example, buying toilet seats through Home Depot and other local merchants where available and applicable to help boost the American economy;Abolish lobbyists;Eliminate electoral colleges and put the vote directly in the hands of our citizens;When the government cannot agree on new, revised or streamlined programs, bills and laws the vote will be put on a ballot annually in November and given to the citizens along with the pros and cons, an affirmative vote will be instituted via executive order and begin on January 1st while negative votes will not be started or revised and deleted if indicated as an option which gets an affirmative vote;Work with the UN to set up travel bans on countries that don’t have peaceful monarchies or elected democracies as governments and any who do not treat their citizens humanly and provide safe living and education for all;Begin pulling troops (and approved refugees) out of countries that will be under the travel ban;Train local troops and police forces to protect their own countries;Maintain limited peace keeping and embassy protection troops in countries not banned and bring the rest home to help make America great You can conduct a market research to have a clear image. This should be something you are passionate about, since your new business will consume a great deal of your time and money.Come up with business ideas by identifying things people need and are willing to pay for, that isn’t provided in your area, or which you can provide better than anyone else.2 - Consider if it is possible:Before going too far, think about how plausible your idea is. Is it something that people would actually pay for? Will it turn enough of a profit to be worth spending your time to do it? You will also need to be sure that it is possible to put into action. While it would be great to have a computer which makes food magically appear out of thin air, this is simply impossible (unless you’re Patrick Stewart :) .3 - Be sure it’s unique:Whatever your idea is, be sure it’s as unique as possible. This will help you eliminate or significantly combat competition, which will make your business more successful. Simply putting a small spin on a currently existing product (making blue Red vines or something like that) is not usually enough to build a business on, so push the envelope!Part 2 : Make A Business Plan1- Determine your cost of operation:You will need a solid business plan to present to any investors and the best place to start would be with determining your basic cost of operations. This will outline and help you determine how much money is needed to produce the product or offer the service you intend to offer or produce. It includes production costs, shipping, taxes, worker’s wages, rent for work space, etc.Knowing your cost of operations will be vital to determining if your business will be profitable, since you will need to make more than this baseline in order to remain in business.2- Determine your potential market. Be realistic. How many people will realistically use your business? How much will they pay to use your services? If either number is too small in comparison to how much it will cost you to stay in business, then you should reconsider or change your plans.3 - Determine impediments. You will need to plan ahead for all of the problems which can get in the way of running a business.Evaluate your competition; if their market share or product offering is too strong and stable, then you will have a very hard time breaking into the market. No one will want to buy an equally priced or more expensive version of a perfectly good product or service which already exists.You will also need to explore the associated regulations and laws, especially regarding taxes. If you have a lot of money to spend on marketing, for example, you can consider shooting a commercial. If you have almost none, you’ll want to think about ways to use social media effectively, which is very effective for requiring little money.3 - Plan timing and location of marketing:Once you know what kind of marketing you intend to do, think about the most effective places to advertise and what time of day, month or year are going to work best to reach your target market.You will want to be sure that you are using marketing which is appropriate to the type of people you expect to be interested in your product or services. There is little point in using social media to, for example, advertise a 55+ only cruise line. Meanwhile, if you’re advertising for your new dance club, a printed newspaper is probably not going to be your best bet. Both fund a promising high risk venture for a stake (partnership) and often bring experience, management expertise and contacts to the table. They usually work through a network or association.Approach friends and relatives. People who know you for a long time are most likely to have faith in your ability and intentions. These are also the people who are likely to stand by you if the going gets tough in the initial stages of your venture or you need to raise more money. However, make it clear the money is intended as risk capital and they might lose it completely or may not be returned in the short term.Use crowd-funding. If you still can’t drum up enough funding, use websites to raise the money you need to start. These funding sources have several benefits: you will not have to pay interest on the money you get (since it is money which is used to provide actual product or services) and it will help you not only gauge interest in what you have to offer but also help you build a customer base. You’ll start business with hundreds or thousands of customers already lined up and ready to tell other people about what you have to offer.6 Report. No matter which source you raise funds from, be sure to provide key operating, strategic and accounting information to your financiers periodically, usually twice a year. This can be a home office if you require little space and will not have employees, or it can require an entire workshop or warehouse. Make sure the space is coded and legal for how you intend to use it and within your budget.2- Purchase equipment. Purchase all of the things you need to start work. This can mean mechanical equipment, computers, telephone, or craft supplies. It all depends on what you are doing. Try to purchase from business supply companies as they will have significant discounts. If you are short of capital, lease or rent is an attractive option too, so as not to block your funds.3- Create a records system. From doing taxes to figuring out why you’re mysteriously missing $2,000 to searching through customer records to find out if Mrs. Jones did in fact pay her bill, you’re going to want a good records system to help your business run smoothly and efficiently. Invest in file cabinets, labels and digital records software to keep you organized and on top of things.Part 6 :Build a Customer Base1- Make use of marketing and PR. You will want to reach out to potential customers in ways that make them want to use your business. This is especially important when you are first starting, before you have an established, regular customer base.Advertise in a way that catches customers attention at a minimum and hopefully goes beyond to capture their imagination. Be creative and appeal to the right aspects of the customers you want to use your business.Offer free samples of what you do to the right people, in order to get people saying good things about what you have to offer. Word of mouth (i.e. good PR) is the best way to attract new customers. If you get bad reviews or negative feedback, respond positively and fix the problem. People will be much less judgmental about mistakes if you’re willing to fix them.2- Use a little old fashioned networking.Go to conferences, charity galas, meetings with complementary businesses and anywhere where your customers are likely to be highly concentrated. In other words: get out in public and interact with people. Use your friends connections to meet people who may be able to help you. This kind of interaction is very important for starting a business. You can’t exist in a vacuum after all.[4]3 - Have great customer service skills.Be good at interacting with people. Practice reading between the lines of what people say. Learn how to meet needs they didn’t know they had. Figure out how to make people happy. Be charming. Most importantly, be humble. Any business that wants to survive the next ten years is going to have a website. People will use it to contact you, find your location, learn your operating hours, ask you questions, make suggestions, and maybe even buy your products or services. In having a website and services which are available over the internet, you will be able to expand your service area out across your region or even the world.Part 7 :Get Paid1- Require payment.Don’t let people take advantage of you. Require payment within a specific window of time (whatever is appropriate for what you do). Invoice people as soon as you possibly can. If someone is late in a payment, talk to them. If you ignore these problems hoping that they go away, you will find yourself working for free and your business in the tank.2- Take credit cards.Very few people consistently pay for products or services with cash any more. It will be much easier for your business, as well as records keeping and accounting, if you accept credit and debit cards. If you want to save yourself ridiculous fees or keep your business more mobile, consider using the Square. This device plugs into a smartphone or tablet and lets you swipe customer’s card.3- Set up an online system.If you plan to have products for sale online you will need to make sure to set up an accord online payment system.
