The training support is minimal. Really minimal.Lastly it’s politics: at Microsoft, the team has one manager and that person has a lot of power. They are trusted, and can steer quickly. They can also fail, but they fail fast. Usually.At Infosys, every decision can be questioned (and reversed) by managers who are not on the team. It’s slower but produces generally good outcomes in a reliable manner.Both companies are fit for their purpose. Infosys writes software for other companies to use. Microsoft creates products to sell. Huge differences that drive their business decisions and models.
