I don’t wear medical ID, there would be far too many things to list. Instead I have a smart phone and one of the functions is a medical emergency tab that is available even when the phone is locked.it lists all my current medications, all my current doctors, my emergency contact information, A complete list of all of my conditions and recent surgeries. I have not had to utilize it however I still keep it completely updated.On my phone I also have PDF saved of my medical power of attorney and also last directive.
