I am from ICSE board,(till 10th) though I scored well in class 10th, but I was never a topper.My friend circle is filled with people who have faced immense failure.He is Shubham Kumar.Class 10th :- 69%.(ICSE)Class 11th :- failed. ( After failing changed his board from CBSE to state borad)Class 12th :- 55% (including one compartmental paper).Currently he is doing animation and editing course in VFX.He was happy then, he is happy now. If Every thing goes good he will overcome so called failure in 1–2 years. He also takes home tuition to support his family.He is Kunal Verma.Class 10th :- 78%(ICSE)Class 11th:- failed (He and shubham took admission in same school after 10th and both of them failed 😝).Class 12th:- 52% (including 2 compartmental paper)He is black belt 3rd down, he is working hard to make his family and India proud. Has a good fitness and great knowledge of Ayurveda. Has great fan following in karate field. He too teaches karate to students. He read books and tries to finish them within a week.He is Harshit Arora.Class 10th :- 50%(he passed from ICSE I was shocked😅 ).Class 11th :- went to college for few days, then left studying.He always wanted to do business. He is working hard for it, he managed to convince his father to expand his bussines. Already invested in his shop and working hard with some enjoyment.This is me:-Class 10th :- 93%.(ICSE)Class 11th :- passed.(CBSE)Class 12th :- 89%.(CBSE)Took drop to improve my JEE result, overall I am confident enough to improve my result. For motivation I look at my friends.Fun fact:- They all scored that much in class 10th because of me. I used to teach them whole night, before the exam, so that they can at least get passing marks.So my friend can you find depression in anyone of us?It's just a state of mind. If you cannot study , there's hell lots of other things to do. Just find your interest and start working hard. Do things which you like. Don't think what others will say. Just don't sit ideally. Try to figure out your interest.You passed from ICSE board thats a big thing.P.s:- There are many more friends but from these people I don't need there permission to write about them.(They don't care).Thank you…! ❤️🙏

Racehorse breeding and rearing is a difficult business. First, the selected horse needs to have a good pedigree, the selection criteria being very very rigorous. Right from birth, the colt is housed in a special stable. It is not allowed to mix with his clan, perhaps to prevent distraction. Trained from day one, the sole goal is to win the race. And once they win, it is glory all the way; but not for the horse or the rider, but the owner.Our neighbor had come home yesterday with a box of sweets. Their studious son has just cleared standard 10 th exam with 95% marks, but that was not the reason for the sweets. “My dream is to make him a doctor. He secured admission to the best coaching-center for medical admission”, the proud father announced. Getting admission to a good coaching center is just about as difficult as getting through the doors of a medical school. “The entry criteria this year is very stringent, with a cut off at 93%. They are very strict in the hostel too, no time waste and truly goal oriented. That’s the reason this year 56 % of their students got for medical entrance, you see the point?” added the academic mother.I did not see the point. All I could see was a racehorse rearing to go with the proud owner dreaming of the coveted trophy.My uncle, a widower, was very fond of pets. He had a pet dog, which at the flick of his finger, would sit, stand, jump or run. We used to make fun of him that, it is more obedient than his real son; who decided to settle down in the USA, far away from the funny dog and the owner.My friend’s brother and family paid us a visit last week. The young couple has a 5-year-old kid, smart and cute. Within minutes of reaching our home, the proud mother told us how well the kid was doing in school including his talents in recitation, drama, mimicry and singing, starting a preview show straight away. The kid robot did exactly as told, but finally when asked to show his skills in karate, he refused, preferring to concentrate on the cartoon in the television screen, causing profuse discomfort to the mother. No amount of coaxing could change his mind. The mother was so upset that I thought she might cry. I was reminded of the funny dog.Very few kids would try to come first in studies just for the pleasure of beating their friends. They would do it, more likely, to satisfy their parents. Kids feel comfortable among their peers, not being isolated by beating them in anything. When I was appreciating another student in my daughters class, who always came first, She just said…”ohh that stu? (for studious girl). She is bright but she has no friends, dad”. The statement came with so much of emotion, that I was stunned for a moment. Kids assign more importance for being friendly, rather than the marks scored in math.Instead of being the owner of a prized racehorse or an obedient pet, I am happy with my average fun loving children enjoying their childhood, rather than trying to grow up simply to satisfy my ego and my aspirations. Kids are not pets. Nor are they meant to grow up to get laurels for you. Your kids too don’t expect you to be a circus trainer or a racehorse breeder. Just be a parent.
