Huge number of apartments remain unsold. Now the average wait a builder has to look forward to sell his property is 4.4 years as against less than a year sometime back. Many projects are abandoned without completion leaving the investors stuck and lending Banks with huge NPA and write off.People are scared to Spend after demonetisation.GST has disturbed tax collection now our Tax collection under GST has fallen by 1.7 lakhs for the financial year 2018–2o19.Subsidies to the poor has been reduced.Tax terrorism has increased.Government has taken all reserves of RBI to pay and hide its Budget Deficit.It has taken most of the Government borrowings to off Budget accounts like LIC buying ILFS and thus hiding from Budget.This was first budget where all figures were in annexure so public will not know only experts who do research will come to know.The Figures in different annexures itself do not Match each other.Well the intention seems to be wish away bad news.The problem is this leads to Problem swelling.Countries like Argentina, Zimbabwe collapsed because of bad policies like printing notes and temporally hiding the truth.Most Chartered accountants are just Taxation clerks, Just like Most Engineers are nowadays coding clerks, and Doctors pill pushers, Politicians who sell fake religion while committing heinous crimes Businessmen are bank robbers.The middle class are almost educated idiots who buy glamorous advertisements, you need specialists who can understand national interest and Fake national accounts and deleterious effects of it.One can always live in a cuckoo land until reality hits you in the solar Plexus.We elected this Government. Didn't we? Do we deserve this? No. 65% did not vote for this GovernmentSavings rate has fallen from 38% to 28%. If saving rares fall then investment falls. New Project Falls. Employment Falls,and National Income and GDP growth rate falls.
